The menu comes as degustation, 8 or 16 courses... you will know what you eat once you have chosen, so it is a bit of a surprise menu. try the 16 courses as each dish is so unique it will make your experience even more...More

Im sorry to say that I am glad to see that this restaurant has plummeted on the tripadvisor rankings. We tried this place based on the fact that was supposedly one of the top restaurants in the world and had amazing reviews at the time...More

Superb umpteen course tasting menu. Creative both in terms of presentation and taste. I thought the room was atmospheric and cool, in both senses (in Winter do wear long sleeves). I have seen a couple of reviews where the room has been described as "boring"...More

If you're looking for a typical Michelin style taste-menu restaurant, don't try Boragó. But, if you are craving to dive into local Chilean ingredients and up for non-ordinary recipes, you'll go to the right place. Chef Rodolfo Guzmán is a genius (seriously!) and uses his...More

Very nice modern cuisine. I've tried the 16 course + wine pairing. Courses were very creative. Wine was top quality, but could have been as creative as courses.

A great experience in Santiago! If you have the chance, try to book a table at Boragó. It is just an amazing experience. They can transform the most simple food in a complex dish. The location is great, the staff is very kind and the...More

Honestly, where can I start with this review. We walked into a grey square room with the sounds of quietly talking waiters and guests as there was no music, no nothing. BORING! Sitting in this space before you even get the food you really need...More

I dined solo and had a great experience at the table. There was a bar but it was more of a waiting area. Also, it appeared there were some late walk in customers, so don't be deterred if you can't get a reservation. Call... More

Well to be honest 10 percent sevens to rule here but I break it often with Portland/NYC type service and go to 20 percent. All cards are accepted but save yourself the worry and don't even walk in Borago. It is a scam.
