Believe me, I used to like it but the quality is so variable that you always risk to have a disagreeable surprise. Yesterday night I went there with 3 friends. Two of us receive our orders with an incredible burnt flavor. Other's one order tasted like absolutely nothing and only the last one receive something good. This is not the... More

Waiter demand 10% tip was totally rude and ungrateful for the 8% given...would have given 10% or more if the service was good. We were given a reduced size rice compared to last.As an Asian myself , I do know what I am ordering but the menu isn't reflect the actual dish ordered. Some dishes are way too salty .... More

It was nice to have a place to go to, where you know what you are going to get. Travelling for a living I sometimes get tired of "local cuisine" as it mostly consists of meat when you are in South America. Variety can be lacking. Chinese food in particular and what we are used to getting in the States... More

Fast Chinese food in a casual dinner environment. Big portions try to compensate the lack of finesse in the preparation of the different dishes. Same as the rest of the restaurants from this chain.

This write-up is for the newly-opened Isidora location. We were a group of 10. Waited 30 minutes to be seated. Upon ordering we were told there were no spring rolls left. We waited 45 minutes for the food. Smallish portions so we ordered more rice. Sorry no rice left!!! In a chinese restaurant! Unbelievably chaotic service. Many guests were walking... More

This is part of the US chain, PF Changs. They maintain the same standards as in the US and their chinese food is generally very good.

It's very good news that this worldwide American-Chinese chain landed in Chile. The food is very tasty, well presented, generous and makes you travel to the Asian flavors, sometimes difficult to find in Santiago. If you have been in other PFChang's in the world you may want to compare and well it's a bit different (they don't do it as... More

The restaurant is beautiful with a nice outdoor terrace, but the food was not so good, without flavor. The size of portion was ok, except the rice portion, very very small.
