Les Trois was EASILY our favorite meal in Santiago. It was so spectacular, in fact, we went back multiple times. The short story- the food is delicious and elevated. The beer, wine, and cocktails are in a league of their own. The ambiance is cozy...and makes for effortlessly good photos. Les Trois could hold its own in any city in the world. The full story- Les Trois is family owned and operated so the atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and friendly. Ruben tends to the front of house and makes some of the most spectacular cocktails in Santiago. His sister, Enedy, is a truly natural born chef- wise well beyond her years. Their mother, Ana, can be spotted gliding gracefully between dining room and kitchen, tying everything together. They were the most lovely people we met on our trip. We first stopped in on a whim after midnight. We were expecting some quick bar food but what we got was some of the best food we've ever had while traveling. The menu changes depending on what is in season but I can highly recommend the papas rusticas, the taquitos, and the bruschetta. Les Trois was our favorite place for breakfast as well. We loved the puffy pancake, and the on-plate-skillet omelette, and the fresh squeezed juice. One day, we had a craving for bloody marys. After a day of sightseeing and hunting for bloody marys- we couldnt find one anywhere. We returned to Les Trois and told Ruben our about our day. He presented us with not one but two different bloody marys (he calls his specialty a Bloody Maria) complete with his homemade jalapeno salt. This is my favorite cocktail so I mean it when I say- the spicy Les Trois Bloody Maria is out of this world. I wish I had one right now! I could go on and on but the bottom line is - This is a world class restaurant and the absolute crown jewel of Santiago. The hotel that shares the building is lucky to have this family on site. We will be back!More

As we finish our Second dinner here in a week at the bistro I wanted to let you know that this is one of the best kept secrets in Santiago. The chef is world class and the family atmosphere of mom, son and sister (chef)...is so relaxed in the outdoor courtyard setting. From the beef tartare, salmon appetizer to the octopus or the beef loin for two it is exceptional. Don’t forget the pasta❤️. Great cocktails. I would eat here every week if I lived here. Just GREAT. And don’t skip desert!!!!!!More

What a great place to have dinner and a drink. Reuben, was a fantastic bartender/mixologist and server. The food was very good but what stood out to me were Reuben’s cocktails. He created his own spicy salt blend that worked well on our food but...was also used on his version of a Bloody Mary. I highly recommend his Bloody Mary! Other members of our party really enjoyed his Aperol Spritzers and Pisco Sours.More

Super creative. Incredibly presented. A taste sensation. I asked the waiter to pick out an appetizer and a desert what he thought was good. All I could say is outstanding. Go. Go. Go.

The time I spent on the patio at this restaurant was some the best and most memorable of our trip to Santiago, Patagonia, and Antarctica. It was a little paradise amidst a busy city. The Family was incredible, and unbelievably friendly. We really missed them...when we left for home. They made everything fresh, and it just added to the great stay that we had at the hotel.More

I ate two dinners here (salmon, fish in fennel/carrot sauce and both were excellent. The salmon was cooked perfectly so it remained tender and was covered with a light lemony herb sauce. The Chardonnay was perfectly matched with the dinner. The service was the best...part.. I had some wonderful conversations with one of the co-owners- it felt liking having dinner with a new friend. Well worth visiting!! Definitely a five-star restaurant.More

I ordered a dish called “Popeye”. It was unintelligible, the plate had too many flavor that just didn’t match together and none were outstanding. The place and service are really nice.

I was starting to think it didn't exist after three weeks travelling in Chile and Argentina. But there is good coffee here! The brunch I had (tostada with Serrano) was awesome, really good tasting and looked great too. Nice ambience, just a shame it's on...the main road, but that's my only negative. Would highly recommend.More

I was in Bellavista looking for great coffee and the reviews put me here. Very small and cozy place in a cool corner of a building. Very friendly service and I ended up having some of their specialty pancakes. I'm not much of a pancake...person, but I would be if THESE were around more often--DELICIOUS. I normally put a little sugar in my cappuccino but the barista stopped me and said to wait a minute because I probably wouldn't need it. And he was right. Great tasting coffee with full flavor but no significant bitterness. Really enjoyable cup, and seriously the best coffee I had in Chile (and I had a lot! lol)More

As a avid coffee drinker we decided to try Les Trois cafe and I was very impressed with the coffee and the lovely people who operate it . We had a strong late and long espresso with a cinnamon pancakes, great coffee and delicious pancakes. We...also bought a pack of coffee beans as it was so good. There were many other great dishes on the menu but it was our last day and couldn’t go back. You will not be disappointed with what they have to offer. A must go to cafe in Bella VistaMore

We visited here twice during our short visit to Santiago and both times our experience was amazing. The food and drink here is world class. The ambience, kindness, atmosphere and hospitality is ever better. It was such a genuinely wonderful experience for us!! The amazing...family that owns this cafe/restaurant are some of the kindest most genuine humans on the planet. Ruben and his sister and mother and their colleagues are all FANTASTIC!! You can literally order anything off the menu and you’ll be amazed. They are magicians as much as they are world class cooks and baristas. The cinnamon pancakes are especially sublime. The chocolate torte we also devoured was heavenly. I’ve travelled the world and not once have I been to a place this wonderful that is operated by such genuine souls. If you come to Santiago, make sure to visit here at least once or twice. It’s a magnificent treat in the heart of Santiago.More

A perfect little cafe!! First it was the friendly staff. Genuine smiles and an eagerness to make things lovely. Very positive energy here. Had a hard decision to make on which sweet treat I wanted and decided on the lemon pie.... then our waiter came...to tell me that the snicker cake was almost ready and did I want that instead ( i had mentioned I love chocolate......) WOW!!! Is all I can say! The balance in that cake was outstanding. Moist, rich, perfect peanut layer and not too sweet. Accompanied by perfect coffee and It was a match made in heaven. I watched as other food came out for other patrons and wished I could try it all. Beautiful presentation, the food looked so good and if it was even close to my cake, it would be fabulous. I know if I lived here, it would be my place to go. So sad for me that I found this on my last day in Santiago. Wishing you much success.More
