I always enjoy lunch and a cold beer or two at Penny Black on Clarke Quay. Reasonably priced (for Singapore) and good choice and quality of food. Very relaxing after strolling along the river or around Marina Bay.More

Great little pub with outside seating on the river. I love to sit in the outside area next to the river and relax. Always my first place to start my walk down Boat Quay to Clark Quay.
