The overall experience cannot be worse, terrible terrible service. To start with, we were "welcomed" and brought to our seats by a tepid servant. The bench seats were so worn-off, they were covered with crackings and felt sagging when seated on. When we were ready to order, nobody came to our service despite our repeated attempts to draw their attention,... More

Everything was good. We were welcomed, seated, menus handed out and our drink orders taken. Drinks arrived. We were ready to order. Then - No Sri Lankan crabs available. Only Scottish or Canadian at S$128++ per crab. Not even by weight or size. To me, the No Signboard restaurants had made their reputation with pepper crab and chile crab, matching... More

Regular customer at No Signboard since the time of NO SIGNBOARD at Oasis (Kallang Stadium) . This outlet is nothing anywhere near to what No Signboard at Oasis was! Ambiance ? none ! . Waitress showing us a table was dry and behaving like an "automat" . When we asked about having crab , briskly replied we don't have Sri... More

This is my usual hangout when I crave for crab. Usually am not disappointed. Had Canadian crab For a change. Which is very good, firmer meat with good texture. Had a soon hock which was very well prepared! Had been following them for the past 16 years!! This is home!!

We a party of 5 decided to order the chili crab dish with sri lanka crabs. The waitress told us that they ran out of sri lanka crabs and proceeded to recommend a more expensive crab from Australia. We had no choice but to agree as there were overseas guests dining with us and they wanted to try the chili... More

Bring crab lovers, we chose this famous restaurant with brilliant view of Marina Bay Sand and skyscrapers for the first time. It turned out to be quite a disappointing dinner. We ordered butter crab, and it was tasteless, the crab meat wasn't fresh. We gave a try on another dish, pepper crab, it was okay just because the pepper flavor.... More

After having visited the famous no signboard seafood restaurants, this particular one was a disappointment or just a unlucky day.The expensive crab was nowhere close to the famous white pepper signature dish the chain makes. At the exorbitant rates it was a waste of one of the few nights we had. The views are great though from the restaurant.

I am an avid user of Tripadvisor and I regret not checking this before going to this restaurant. I normally go to Jumbo@Dempsey or Clarke quay but a colleague recommended I go here instead. It might have been because my party included 2 expat men in suits that the restaurant decided they could overcharge me. I ordered cereal prawns and... More

Hotel personnel recommended Makansutra Glutton Bay for best chili crab. We took a taxi there around 7:00 pm, and the place was packed. Since all the tables were outdoors and it was hot. We looked for a full service sit down restaurant nearby that serves chili crab, and found No Signboard Seafood. Two of us ordered one 2 1/2 lb.... More

Staying in Marina Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Marina Bay
More of a mini city than a neighbourhood in the traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions all geared towards pure entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo opportunity for visitors and locals alike. The ArtScience Museum always has a top-quality exhibition, and Gardens by the Bay is a fascinating manifestation of the government’s vision of Singapore as a “city in a garden”. Enticing Marina Bay is well worth a visit.
