We are big fans of Meat Smith so were keen to try the Meet Smith @ Cocotte pop up restaurant. The chef has come up with a great menu to fuse Meat Smith with an Indian twist. The paneer croquettes were amazing as were the Madras Pork Ribs. Would recommend a visit before the pop up closes at the end... More

Another good dining experience in an Unlisted Collection restaurant. I wasn't sure what could happen as one of my favourite restaurants tries Indian, but I wasn't disappointed. I hesitate to rate it fantastic, but that's only because I haven't tried the mains, since I wasn't very hungry that evening. But I'd love to return soon and order that seemingly-delicious tandoori... We were in Singapore for a few days after Christmas and we wanted to try new restaurants. Cocotte was chosen by our good friends who lived in Singapore so we met up for dinner there. The place had a nice vibe to it. The food was superb. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the exact names of the dishes but I liked... More

I would have come here more often but procrastinated for the past years. It's going to be different, not my favourite French cuisine anymore, such a pity. I missed the chances. So, I was there but gonna be my first and the last visit to Cocotte. Thanks to the crews who took care of my allergy and served us wholeheartedly.

We went for the weekend brunch trolley and it is really value for money. In particular, I enjoyed the roasted chicken, the sea bass, the very appetizing salad and the pork collar. I love the ham and cheese sandwich in particular! Cocotte surely lived up to our expectations and I will return again! Oh yes and we indicated that our... More

The restaurant is situated within the Wanderlust hotel. We had brunch served to us hot from the trolley and had a serving of all the dishes. It is not a buffet brunch where you choose the dishes you like, but they give you a helping of all the dishes available. We had 5 appetizers and three mains. First, we were... More

Second visit but first time trying lunch. Had the cod which was delicious. Friends had the steak fritte which was amazing but more sinful. Executive lunch good value for money. Pumpkin soup starter was wonderful - not too sweet and not too thick. First time was the brunch cart - you just want to stay there all day.

Overall experience was average. Food not as expected. Not worth the price at all. Tried their pumpkin soup (too creamy and it's quite cold), steak frites (ordered medium rare but was quite near to well done and meat very bland), fois gras truffle chicken pie pot (was quite good though except the fois gras not too fresh spoil the overall... The ambience of this restaurant is quite nice and cosy. Eight of us were here for dinner and we spend about SGD530 (after 10% service charge and 7% GST) including drinks. The food is quite tasty and the portion is quite big for sharing. There's only one waiter and one waitress serving the whole restaurant when we were here. But... More

Personally, the pork collar made me drop a tear. I loved it so much, I asked for 3 more orders. Pricey but it was a nice experience overall. Loved the location and the interior. Dessert options were alright. Service was satisfactory. PS: I have low standards for food.

Description
Cocotte’s cuisine takes inspiration from the hearty, rustic meals that are a trademark of the French countryside. Provenance and seasonality are focal points in guiding the menu and the way we serve. Communal meals and large platters of meat in the middle of the tables are common sights in the dining room.

Staying in Little India

Neighbourhood Profile
Little India
With a strong local Indian community, this pocket of Singapore can feel like another place and time. Wander past traditional barbershops while local residents in brightly coloured saris patronize retailers from decades past. Peruse streets lined with colourful shops as the aroma of curry tempts you to indulge. Listen to the Bollywood music echoing from storefronts and take in the stalls selling bright flowers, fabrics, and spices. At the 24-hour, four-level Mustafa Shopping Centre, you can shop through the night and find everything from pharmacy and grocery items to Bollywood DVDs and diamond necklaces. Singapore’s Little India offers a colourful, lively taste of the subcontinent and is well worth the visit.
