Walk into this cafe and you immediately feel refreshed. The whitewashed walls make the cafe appear larger than it is and the minimal furnishings do not overwhelm the decor.
Very systematically, customers order from the counter, make payment and bring the food to their tables. The four order steps are prominently displayed on the board behind the food counter. From choosing the base, toppings, mains and garnishes, each bowl is unique to your own tastebuds. I added a spritzer for a complete meal.
Service was delivered at the counter, and although minimal, it was impactful enough. The team member who attended to me was helpful and flexible. I would have liked the sous vide chicken but it ran out, and she offered additional toppings as replacements.
The bowl was fairly large, in my opinion; yet I felt light after the meal.

Acai bowls are sold in A Poke Theory at a more affordable price compared to most acai bowl eateries in Singapore. I tried the regular-sized "Choc A Lot, Please" and "All Or Nuttin'" acai bowls for $5.90 each. However, the quality was not very satisfactory as the blended acai was icy, and the fresh fruit toppings given were extremely small in quantity. Overall an affordable healthy sweet treat but not really something I would buy again.

Ok poke bowls- nice fresh ingredients and some good variety. Not the best I have had by a long way but ok and reasonable value for the money

Mosquitos in the cimb plaza poke theory outlet. Visited few times always got bitten. Food so so. Service normal. Worst is they have a qr code to scan, give positive feedback n they thank you with a redeemable acai bowl. But this marketing gimmick backfired as they will not give u the redeemable item as it is always out of ingredients, but they will ask u to buy other acai bowls which will be available, haha. My colleagues tried few times just to confirm their tactics. Now we all have bad opinion of this business n try not eat there for lunch.

DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM POKE THEORY. THEY DID NOT DELIVER AND YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO ONE TO CALL. NONE OF THE BRANCHES HAVE A CLUE. WE ORDERED FROM THEM AND THE FOOD DID NOT TURN UP!!
I am writing with utmost concern regarding a recent experience with your catering service, which left us deeply disappointed and in a difficult situation.
We had arranged for your catering package for a birthday party and made the necessary payment in advance. Our communication with your team was clear, and we even confirmed the arrangements a day prior to the event. However, unfortunately, the food delivery did not materialize as promised.
This situation had a profound impact on our celebration, specifically my wife’s birthday party, which was devoid of the anticipated culinary delight. We reached out to several of your branches in the hope of resolving the issue, but to no avail.
This occurrence has created an unfortunate impression of your service, and we are left feeling let down by the experience. I am sure this does not align with the standard of service you strive to provide to your customers.
We are eagerly awaiting your response and hope that appropriate steps will be taken to rectify this situation. If our concerns are not addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner, we feel compelled to share our experience more broadly to ensure future customers are informed.

I visited the outlet in Somerset for the first time in late Feb 2020 and opted for a mix of what was available (since wide ranging choices are allowed). All very tasty and was prepared quite efficiently.

Make sure you arrive early as seats are limited and lunch crowds can be overwhelming! The poke bowl and the sauces that mixed with it gave my lunch a really refreshing feeling!

I’ve been to a fair bit of poke shops since it gained momentum in Singapore and I can safely say that A Poke Theory is the best out of all. Its ingredients are the best and freshest anywhere in Singapore and the service staff are always happy to serve its customers. It also whips up a mean açaà bowl if that suits your fancy!

Still my favourite place for poke bowls, but could have greater selection. The sauces are rly good tho; and I like how the rice is seasoned and not just plain rice.

Went with significant other and had two regular bowls. We were first timers and the staff were patient in telling how to order.
Good mix of salmon and tuna flavours (they were very interesting and tasty) wanted to try the seasonal but they were out (we went quite late to closing so perhaps another time?)
Overall, for my first Poke Bowl experience it was interesting and would definitely try again.
