Best french restaurant I have ever trued, apparently the operate since 1994 and they were the first french restaurant (and first fine dining restaurant!) to open in Singapore. Food well prepared and fresh, classic french recipes and great variety. Really good service as well.

This is a truly great dining establishment. It well deserves its 2 Michelin stars. I had the Tasting Menu for lunch together with a 1/2 bottle of burgundy. It started with a selection of breads and French butter, then an amuse-bouche. The next four servings...More

Selected this place to host a special meeting in their enclosed private room. The lunch menu was different from usual. This is the first time I visited this Restuarant though it was mentioned by word of mouth that it is good but very expensive. The...More

Excellent service - however the waiters I had that particular night was not very well versed on the menu items that was being served. Food was good - but overkill on the butter. I felt every dish was orientated around butter. Granted I have never...More

Les Amis is definitely the best restaurant in Asia. The service and food is all top notch. Firstly, I had the cheese balls, which were amazing. The pastry was light and the cheese did not affect the taste. Then, we had the welcome course. There...More

As the flagship restaurant of the Les Amis Group family, the award winning Les Amis presents an exquisite French dining experience combined with an extensive range of fine wines and impeccable service in an elegantly modern setting. Les Amis, the French translation of "The Friends", is the sophisticated first born of the Les Amis Group family. In the 1990s, there was a dearth of independent fine-dining restaurants in Singapore's food and beverage scene. Les Amis filled the void by becoming Singapore's first independent fine-dining establishment when it opened on 15 March 1994. Executive Chef Sebastien Lepinoy's unique style and creativity of fusing French techniques with Asian influence, while focusing on the natural flavours of ingredients, ensures a delightful complement to local climate and palates. WINES: Les Amis boasts one of the most extensive wine lists in Asia and has been on the Wine Spectator Grand Award Winners for 18 years running, since 1996. There are only 74 Grand Award Winners worldwide, and 4 in Asia. With more than 3000 bottles housed in a temperature-and-humidity controlled wine cellar, the award winning wine list is designed to complement the modern and contemporary cuisine at Les Amis. Most of the wines are from France, mainly Burgundy and Bordeaux. New and Old World wines displaying high level of quality are also available.
