Best ever pecking duck we’ve had. Great service by friendly staff. Would recommend highly. But definitely need booking.

First visit and we were totally impressed. Service was meticulous to a fault. We were served an amuse bouche before our dim sum dishes. Our favourite were the BBQ platter ($26/portion) and deep fried prawns with rice pops ($16/portion). Given that JNC is a Michelin...restaurant, do expect prices to be steep (Siew Mai with abalone $9/piece) but totally worth it for that special occasion! They also served a palate cleanser at the end of the meal which was a nice touch. Before we left, they surprised us with complimentary cake and petite four which were so delish!More

For Michelin star restaurant, JNC presented the dishes delicately and the food is really delicious. Kudos to all the staff who are very polite and service is top-notch. If you are willing to pay the price, definiteyly worth a visit to the restuarant. We had...lunch to celebrate my birthday, and there are abundance of food gifts with special sparking tea (taste like champagne but is tea), cake and desserts.More

Excellent service. Lovely ambience and food. Food portions are small, and the food is blandish. But very fresh and very refreshing. Had a most beautiful Mother’s Day celebration here!!

The ambience is typical Four Seasons - intimate, understated chic. The same goes for the food and service. Except for some dim sum items, no innovative dish, just classics made with superior ingredients and very well executed. Even a mundane dessert like glutinous rice balls...with almond cream is a delight. Service is impeccable. So, what are drawbacks? The menu could be longer, and prices are such that few can afford to go here often. The Buddha Jumps Over the Wall is wonderful, but a bit pricey at $128++!More

Classy restaurant with very excellent ambience. Restaurant seems under staff however, staff provided excellent services though seems busy at all times. Tried the Peking duck and have mix feelings. The duck wrap was not exceptionally good (though you can add the caviar that comes with...the package), however, the duck meat used to stir fry with Yi mein was extremely delicious. Soon hock was good, restaurant standard. Also ordered the braised tofu with mushroom. Taste was above average.More

Brought my family for lunch at Jiang-Nan Chun. While the food was pricey, it was good and worth it. However, the service was quite disappointing. We were left waiting at the entrance for a long time, and decided to walk in ourselves as none of...staff seemed interested to attend to us. Food took a while to come, and there was a lack of personal touch overall. For a one Michelin star restaurant, would have expected better service to complement the good food.More

You can order half the duck. Be sure you pre-order just in case. The balance duck meat you may request the restaurant to fry it with noodle for you.
