Stop cheating and ripping people off. Had breakfast here while staying at RWS Ocean Suites. Everyone directed here due to covid measures. It's a fixed menu, so you get served a set of whatever breakfast genre you choose. Sgd100 for this rubbish. Worst 'American' breakfast...ever. Small portion of eggs, burnt hashbrown, salad drenched with balsamic that soaked into the bun. Bacon was soggy and super salty. First time being served a corndog for breakfast. Was dry, and they used a cheap chicken frank. If had known, could have gotten better breakfast from McDonald's for a tenth of the price.More

Was there with my family on Sunday 13th September 2020. Book a table of 8 pax. We ordered together as one but one table was served with all the food and another table were still empty. Asked your manager , Mr Henry to checked and...found out that they didn’t key in. Took their orders again. So next , ordered pizza and guess what i found. A piece of stainless steel scrub on the mushroom. Meaning to say it was there all the time together in the oven. Called the manager , Mr Henry and he came over trying to checked whether if we could get a new piece again. I actually didnt want to. Tbh , their services there were so ridiculous. Are they even train how to serve customer ? Where are all the basic customer service ? Well it could be the first and the last time.. not coming again FOR SURE !More

My wife and I have visited this restaurant three times this weekend; once for dinner and twice for breakfast (Equarius hotel breakfast). The service from the staff was unwavering, which in a classy establishment normally would be a good thing, but when it seems as...if they have never had to talk to or service people before it is not super enjoyable. At dinner however, the poor performance of the staff were completely compensated by the quality of the food. Very delicious starter salad with lots of flavours. The main course, a spaghetti carbonara made with egg yolk (which is rare at restaurants, but the only right way) was tasteful and the spaghetti had some bite to it, not overcooked to mushy strings. To top it off, the chocolate mouse desert was lovely and the ingredients well balanced. We also had the unfortunate experience of the breakfast, twice. The “western breakfast” was a cold tasteless and rather unbeatable plate - yes I ended up leaving everything but the bacon and bread. It had cold hashbrowns with no potato, cold scrambled egg, watered down to tastelessness, green-brownish soft salad leafs, light meatless sausages and pancakes right out of the cooler... why, well I found the answer with the second day breakfast where I chose Italian - how can a good Italian restaurant mess up Italian breakfast? Well by buying everything from a factory. Pizza, bread and cake were all cut out off a mass produced mass. The salad and vegetables were precursor and grabbed out of a bag. The taste of it all were a mix of nothing and even less. Mind you, this is advertised as a 70$/person breakfast and all ingredients you can buy in FairPrice for the total amount of 5$ and it would even be from the same factory. To prepare it Fratelli-style, just leave it overnight on your kitchen counter and the temperature would be serve-ready. Should Fratelli had gotten more credit due to the great dinner, but honestly when a restaurant serves factory food, it should not even be under restaurants on any list.More

It serves pizza, pastas etc like an Italian restaurant. The food choices are very limited. Prices are reasonable considering is in a 5 star hotel and nor a classy look. Foods are average with no proper presentation very plain. Staffs are friendly.

the staff actually remembered us from our attendance 1 year ago. memory was phenomenal. The service was personal and never intrusive, and food recommendation was great. The mushroom soup was beyond this world and brought us back again and again. We also love the red...prawn risotto.More

My craving for cacio e pepe led me to Fratelli. So this is what i think Arrival: Now this is a bit confusing they actually have two entrances, I end up on the back door where you’ll thought the main door since its lined with...all the rest of the restaurants and some outdoor sittings are around. Upon entry I felt a bit lost open kitchen, casual dining area. Then right at the end finally the host stand. Wish theyll put up a signage where the main entrance is. Service: Service was great no fault here. I just felt intimidated by the number of chefs in front of me as the tables are opposite the open kitchen. We didn’t felt comfortable looking at a brigade of chefs while theres only us in the restaurant my friend felt pressured and uneasy. Food: Amuse bouche was something tataki wish it was italian ish amuse bouche. ordered 6 dishes total 2 per course my personal favorite was the short rib all flavors hit the spot texture plays with the mouth too, the cacio e pepe didnt disappoint but I wished we ate it first as dried up fast but still yum. The desserts nothing stands out tiramisu the usual signature Id say Ive tasted a lot of tiramisu way better even the one you can buy in the shelves. My least favourite will be the cod mousse the flat plate makes it so hard to scoop the dish and the mousse is very grainy was expecting it to be smooth. I wish the presentation of the food is better they just don’t look nice to take photo shame as the restaurant has a very good lighting. Overall it was a good evening my friend enjoyed her birthday dinner special thanks to Anson who took care of our table. Thanks for the wine reco too.More

This is not a cheap pizza option but very little is cheap on Sentosa Island. However the service and quality of food in this restaurant had us returning twice to try more. Part of the good service included making sure our two year old was...looked after well. Even when there was an order misunderstanding theu replaced the dish with no questions asked. The food was very tasty and well made. Gnocchi was delicious and the pizzas were great. We will be backMore

Have you got room in your tums for haute Italian? Fratelli sure has room for you. It was rather empty on a Friday night. Yet service was really really tardy. We waited around a lot trying to get our orders taken. Then when we finally...got that hard-earned attention, he wasn’t sure which dishes were for the 3-course tastings. So there went another 10 min. Dart past the troublesome service, food was of a world-class level. Make sure you get the 48 hour braised beef rib in wine sauce. The soft texture and the rich flavours ink this as the best dish. #eatstylishtravelstylishMore

Stepping into this restaurant, I was taken in by the ambience. The decor contributed to its rustic feel, and with vines and leaves hanging overhead, it felt like I was dining in the country. As I waited for the rest of the guests to arrive,...I ordered some bread to start off the evening, which took a while to be served. 2 whole pieces, each sliced into two; came on a platter with three dips. It was delicious, as a lover of all things bread can attest. Pity it took awhile for it to be sent over. This also happened with the glass of juice I ordered. Dinner started off with the potato soup. It was creamy, rightly so; and so filling as it was served in a rather large soup bowl. Its truffle flavour could be a little overwhelming if you are not used to its pungent smell. The main course was the Gnocci. It was a good thing that we had a pizza to share as the serving potion was small. The dessert was the well-loved Tiramisu, beautifully presented with the right amount of sweetness. The service standards needed to be improved though as I feel the team members could have been more attentive, clearing our table whenever they have a chance. There is always room for improvement.More
