Trattoria Stella- Pasta Italiana Diniwid Boracay is a Gem for Pasta Lover , is similar to restaurants but more casual home-like, we are small family-run neighborhood food establishment. The mother is the cook and sons do the serving activity, here you will be seated at a table with checkered tablecloth, served with Italian wine , tasty homemade Traditional Italian pasta and caffe espresso (caffetteria Moka) , at a very good prices. The food we offer is unpretentious but extremely delicious . We are not fancy restaurant but here , we promise you to experience authentic Italian Pasta meal .

Be sure to look for a pink house along the main road heading to Diniwid Beach. Authentic Italian pasta with very generous servings at considerably affordable prices The owner is friendly and approachable as well. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends!

I was there on a business trip, and I got recommended this trattoria.
The restaurant is very intimate and welcoming with pink fresh painted walls, soft music on the background and lively atmosphere.
I had pasta al sugo; it came promptly.
The presentation of that dish made me think that it was cooked and prepared with passion (I tried to imagine the hard work that there is behind it), the taste, well, it's a must try.
The owner, Star, has been professional and so friendly, attentive and always ready to help.
A special thank you also to Michelangelo, Charles and Ethan (the future bartender) your service was great, for the duration of my whole stay, even if it was just a little over an hour, you made me feel like I was on holiday.
I will certainly be back.

When friends told us about this place, I didn't expect much. Limited menu, very humble owner, limited drinks...but wow. This was spectacular. The pasta was freshly made. I couldn't have gotten this any better in Manila where I live. The owner was apologetic about the limited menu but seriously, let us not be idiots and just realize that they make a few things, but these few things are very good. We orde vongole, cacio e pepe, pasta shrimp and white ravioli. Everything was delicious. Owner was also so accommodating. She bought beers for us at a local sari sari store and charged us at cost. I immediately told her she should have charged a premium. Amazing experience and would go here again. Please don't expect 5 star amenities. Bathroom is so so and the place is rustic. But with food this good, who cares?

It is those treasures hidden in the rough that are the most precious. Armed with the ebullient reviews on Trip Advisor, my partner and I headed, with cautious optimism, to Trattoria Stella as I was craving for some pasta after a day of active frolicking in the waters of the Island. The treacherous search for this hole in the wall was all worth it as we found some of the best pasta I have tried in my travels all over the world. Star, the proprietress cum chef cum server was an excellent host who served plate after plate of perfection.

We both ate very tasty pasta with shrimps. The pasta was freshly made by the host and was authentic italian food. The host is an absolutely amazing woman and we had great discussion with her after our dinner. We can 100% recommend this place if you are looking for delicious italian food and an authentic atmosphere with deeper insights into the life of the filipino people. For us it was probably the best dinner experience of our whole vacation. We hope to see the host again in the future!

My partner and I were so happy to find this little restaurant while we were exploring Diniwid Beach. The pasta is the best we’ve tasted outside of Italy, with homemade fresh pasta and REAL Italian sauces!!
We ordered the Carbonara which was to die for, and a Ravioli which was divine.
The owner was really friendly and chatted with us a bit in-between cooking, and everyone was very friendly and gave good service.
If you’re in Boracay it’s really worth taking the trip off the main White beach to this gem of a restaurant (Diniwid Beach is also really nice too). When we were there the place was pretty full (peak time) so if you want to guarantee a seat, it’s probably better to reserve a table in advance!
Next time we’re back on the island we’ll definitely be back to eat!

Maybe a bit difficult to find, but worth the trouble. You will have some fantastic and original home made Italien food - absolutly best evening I had on Boracay this time and will be back tomorrow. Small place, very friendly and honest family and you will be happy when you leave.
Have in mind that no one, even a couple off 100 meters from this restaurant will help you finding it, but it is only 50-100 meters from the Microtel Hotel!

Absolutely delicious. I love the fact that the pasta we ordered were handmade by an Italian chef. We ordered Ravioli Ragu and Aglio Olio and both are fantastic.
We also enjoyed the chit-chat with Stella. This is a must when in Boracay!

Read the great reviews on trip advisor and decided to check this place out. It was awesome. Homemade pasta, delicious sauces, lovely atmosphere, it ticks all the boxes. We paid a very reasonable price for two courses (don’t skip dessert, it’s delicious), and are planning to come back next time we’re on the island.

Had the best time at this quaint trattoria in Boracay, the food was by far the best Italian I’ve had in the Philippines.
Walking in the small resto it feels like entering the kitchen of an Italian family home and the food resembles traditional home cooking with lots of added love. We opted for the ravioli and the tagliatelle vongole, all pasta is freshly made and with obvious attention to the quality of the ingredients. Star, the owner of this lovely establishment will try to undersell her dishes stating it’s simple food, but don’t get fooled by that, there is nothing simple about the perfect execution! We will definitely go back when we visit Boracay again, as I need another serving of the delicious panacotta we had as dessert

This nondescript place serves the most delicious fresh handmade pasta I have had in the Philippines! Stella is a lovely beautiful lady from Liguria Italy who knows how to whisk up this great seafood spaghetti using the most basic ingredients which is how it should be. I've had countless pasta in Sicily. Stella's the same, if not better!
Oh, best to call her and book a reservation. I just turned up but Stella was most gracious to accommodate me. It was the best find here in Boracay!

My fiancè and I were so glad my sister recommended this place during our stay in Boracay. We had fritturia di mare calamari and shrimp for starters, white ravioli, tagliatela bolognese, and caffè affogatto for dessert. Not only was the food amazing but Stella, herself too! We had the pleasure to sit and chat with her and she was very accommodating and friendly. The pastas she served were handmade and it was so good! It was a quaint and personalized experience. Will definitely come back! Highly recommended!!

Stella is a gracious hostess with the mostest!
We were warmly welcomed into her quaint Trattoria and immediately made to feel at home.
The small pasta menu ensures the freshest ingredients lovingly prepared to authentic perfection with Stella's many years spent in Italy.
We enjoyed delicious bruschetta, linguine shrimp, spaghetti bolognese and vegetarian linguine alla puttanesca,
Stella passion for Italy is reflected in her soul cooking.
A must visit in Boracay!

On a rainy day it becomes harder to find; just be on the lookout for a pink home on Diniwid Rd, right before the beach. We had the pleasure of chatting with Stella, being treated less like guests and more like new friends as we ate. I recommend the linguine shrimp and frittura mare! Stella also gave us the lowdown on so many local places and other great local recommendations. We look forward to visiting again.

If you're looking for an authentic home made pasta and authentic Italian food this is a must! I have no words but it was just super delicious! Not to mention it is so nearby the White beach (IF you happen to love walking around then it is). Correct me if I'm wrong but this is really a go to pasta place. Not to mention it was not my first time in Boracay but this is the first time I tried it. (Dining here quite often lols!) The owner is also nice.
