We had our best meal in Boracay at Alchemy. I had a fish dish (ma hi mahi with some type of cabbage concoction) and it was really, really good. Don't be influenced by how empty the restaurant is. Given how good our food tasted, we were surprised that the place wasn't packed.

There are so many delightful and delicious foods in this restaurant. But nothing compares to their Appetizer (fishcakes!). It drives me Crazy!

Absolutely delicious! Make sure you book a table. We battled to find it - it's on the station 1 side of and close to Tito's Resto (which most locals know of).

We first came here during Easter in 2011 - I remember the food being excellent with good service. Fine dining at reasonable prices. This time however, we were a little disappointed. The beef tenderloin was chewy although the mahi mahi was delicious. Portions were small (as expected with 'fine dining') but the service was appalling. It started raining halfway during... More

No reason to come here at lunch time - very small menu for lunch, basic service. We tried prawns with garlic - 3 from 5. Shakes 2 from 5

For all foreign tourists looking for a fresh food experience on the island, this is the place to be. Perfect salads and light dishes for lunch. Nice for a romantic dinner at night without exploding the budget. Most dishes are between p250 and p350, very far from prices of other restaurants allegedly gastro that offers the same overcooked food as... More

I opted for the 6 course degusation and a bottle of French white, which all up came to about 2600 pesos. The food was phenomenal and i could not convey this enough to the staff. it is on par with some of the finer establishments I've eaten at elsewhere in the world at a fraction of the price. Dishes included... More

We ate here one night and the food was good. Met other travellers who also ate here and agreed food was good. Give it a go.

We just had to check this restaurant out with all of the hype that was written about it. One review went so far as to say that "Alchemy" was one of the best restaurants in Asia...definitely not so. Let's start by saying that I am a seasoned international chef with over 30 years of experience of traveling, working and eating... More
