Everyday we've been eating our breakfast here, cause its part of our hotel fee. So far no complain. I didn't expect that it is a buffet. It was actually nice you get as many as food as you like but you have to be aware that you have to pay double for leftovers.

Walking along the beach saw advertising board offering buffet lunch for 300php and listing items available. You enter and pay and are then allowed access to the buffet. The dishes on the board outside were either not there, or dishes empty and not refilled. The pork dish looked like plenty there but all that actually was there was bones and... More

At 300 pesos buffet for both lunch and dinner, Cafe La Carmela is a great bargain while in Boracay Island.

We stayed at La Carmela hotel so we had free breakfast at their cafe. The food here is acceptable, good actually. Talking about breakfast, they have ample spread of breakfast items like rice , viands, breads and cereals plus free flowing coffee, tea and juice. I did not try their lunch and dinner buffet but i did see their menu... More

We were guests here but never ate here as food to appeal to our tastes! However the freshly prepared juices were delicious ! Also the alcoholic drinks were very good value compared to some of the surrounding bars !

I loved the meat there. Mongolian grilled noodles was great. Nothing special about the drinks but it is free flow. Performance is grand, and I enjoyed it. Tip them if you can. As usual, I love dining on the sand itself. With such a great combination of price, good food and performance, it is no wonder the place is crowded.... More

Looking for some where different to eat on Friday night, we walked along the beach towards Station 1 and found La Carmela. It was across the sand walkway almost on the beach and was well laid out and we were invited to view the food before we paid. Eat all you can, plus bottomless Ice Tea and Mongolian Hot Pot... More

Our breakfast was very satisfying. The arrangement and presentation was well organized and the accessibility of some food groups were well placed. Very good ambiance, cool breeze comes direct from the sea. One can feel these when the restaurant is not full, just enough for a number of guests. All together the place is very good.
