The dishes are well-thought of and the attention to detail is never compromised. Been going here for years and the quality never dwindled. Best for those who appreciate tasting dinners — who are fine with a bit smaller-than-usual portions if it means every ounce of ingredient holds great value. In every dish, every dollop of jelly, every spoonful of sauce and even every piece of garnish plays a role in making each bite delightful. The dining experience is completed by great service — friendly staff not only attend to your needs, they anticipate them. I read reviews about the restaurant and we were really happy to go there.
There is no many seats available so if it is busy maybe you will have to wait but when we were there, we had a seat immediatly.
They uses fresh ingredients and everything is home made.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

Headed to the pig out bistro from some of the food reviews however were a little disappointed that the patties were unavailable in the wagu.
Also unable to do the pig out burger with the crab patty for me which was odd since you cold choose a patty.
Highlight was the lovely white cat with blue eyes that was hiding in the corner.

Thanks for raising this concern up. As mentioned by our server, we don't do "customized burgers". Maybe you have had misunderstood our waiter. We do apologize that we can't allow exchanging of patties since our Crab Burger and Pig Out Burger are two different types of burgers from our menu. In fact, both of those burgers are our best sellers. I hope you do understand that changing of the patties would ruin our chef's whole concept of our "Pig Out Burger" and "Crab Burger."
We are still looking forward to serve you the best burger in the near future ;)

For my birthday, I wanted try this resto, after reading the reviews. Turns out, its overhyped.
Reserved a table on a thursday via Instagram, received a reply 2 days later. Arrived 10 minutes earlier, & table was ready. Initially wanted the Grilled Porkchop, told its a 45-minute wait. Ok, so ordered Seafood Platter (5 pieces of prawns, no lobster - same price, good for sharing 2-3. Told waiter, it's my birthday, replied nothing complimentary given. O..K..
Food arrived 50 minutes later.. Due to waiting time, food tasted less than appetizing. Turned down whatever complimentary desert/otherwise offered. For the price, eat somewhere else. NOTE: choices dissappear if you come after 7 p.m. (even a can of soda!)
Coming back? Duh...Nope 👎

It was a happy accident to happen by this place during a stroll down a busy area of town. Small and tucked away, it would be easy to miss. Everything on the menu looks tempting, and we weren’t disappointed with our meal or service. We’ll be back for more!

A very highly recommended restaurant and rightfully so. As like their sister restaurant Mayas, service was excellent thank you again to Ellen who reserved oysters for us and gave us a reservation on the last minute. She even hoped over just to make sure we were well taken cared of.
We ordered 2 kinds of oyster. The green and the grilled. Both very fresh and delicious. But my biggest delight was the ceviche with smoked coconut milk. Man! It was like one of the most delicious food I have ever put in my mouth!! Onion soup was so tasty and rich. Garlic rice tasted like garlic rice. The pork chop was humongous and cooked perfectly!! The pig out burger was not as good as the rest of the food!
Service good. Even if the rice was late, they were honest about it. I will definitely come back and have recommended you already. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

When I think of Boracay, I think of fun, sun, and delicious food. And when I think about a burger joint, I think of a place that serves up some of the best burgers on the island.
That's why I'm so excited to tell you about The Pig Out Bistro Boracay one of my favorite places to eat in the island right now.
The burgers here are so good—and they're not just your typical beef patties with cheese and bacon on top. No, these are made with quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. And the toppings? They're just as good as the meat! If you're looking for something different than what's available at most restaurants in Boracay, this is it.
They also have several other tasty options like their signature steaks, lechon belly, fresh oysters, seafood platters and an option for vegan customers.
But wait… there's more! The fries are also amazing here: thick-cut served with two dips on the side. If you've never tried them before, you should definitely make time to check this place out!
Their servers were so attentive and took care of our every need. The service deserves a 5 stars, for sure (if not 10)! Delicious foods, friendly staffs and a surprisingly diverse menu. Best restaurant in the island.

I was kinda looking forward to eating here, but I lost my appetite the moment they sat me down inside, only to ask me to move (after I've already slumped) so that they could accommodate another group. As a solo traveler / diner, we have different needs and sometimes, it can make us feel less valuable when we're asked to adjust for group travelers as if our experience isn't as important as theirs.
As for the food, I don't know. My experience probably hindered me from enjoying their Bagnet, but tbh, I really didn't find anything special in it. For 500PHP, you're better off elsewhere.

We would like to apologize for this experience you had with us. We admit that there was a misunderstanding and miscommunication with our food attendant. We are truly sorry for this. It's not our intention to make you feel less valuable when we accommodated the big group. We hope you understand that our bistro is quite small and has a limited seating capacity. We also try our best to accommodate everyone in our humble bistro be it solo travellers or big groups. Where you were seated, was the table that could be joined for groups.
Our sincerest apologies for this situation. If you find yourself back in Boracay again, we would like to make up for this experience you had with us. We hope you can give us another chance to make things right.

Oh, my what a wonderful meal. We finally found it after 4 days of looking and it was well worth the time and effort. I had read about this place on TA before our trip and was really interested. The food is top notch. We had small plate clams and bread, grilled scallops, and garlic parm. wings. All were very tasty. Had to stay away from the bread until I finished the clams as the sauce was so good, I could have made a meal of it. The scallops were equally appetizing, fresh, and satisfying. Chicken wings had seasoning in the panko breading, so, they were light and flavorful. The staff is helpful and attentive. An overall great experience.

The service is disgusting, came as a family, made a reservation in an hour, ended up sitting down in two hours, it turned out that half the dishes on the menu could not be ordered. We were with the kids, ordered and waited for two more hours to order, even from the children's menu. Eventually eating started in four hours. Kids are hungry, didn't bring all the dishes. When the claims were raised, the administrator apologized and promised a discount, eventually discounting 3% of the bill with a 10% tip. Total piggy!!! The dishes brought did not meet the stated fullness, in the seafood plateau, there was only a part of what was described in the menu.

I really wanted to order the cheeseburger but sadly it was out of stock. So ordered the pig out burger instead and was very happy with it. The burger was so juicy, so tasty and it was big! Fried that went with it is so yummy too. Order was a bit long- had to wait maybe 20+mins. Oysters were fresh but most were unshucked and kinda small and thin. But the sauce made up for it. I would definitely recommend this place- best to make a reservation though.

We went twice as a couple and were very excited both times. The place takes reservations only for the early evening and then you are on a waiting list. They are transparent about the waiting time and also that the preparation of dishes takes min 30 minutes.
Food is really great, although you need to be aware that this is a meat and fish restaurant, so veggie options are close to zero.
Staff is amazing. Friendly and professional. At our second visit, there was a very unfriendly group complaining about waiting time and not understanding the principle of first come first serve. Staff was very professional with them and despite the outrageous behavior, treated all guests with the utmost respect.
We will certainly come back

We ordered grilled squid, grilled prawns, white rice and crème brûlée. One order or white rice and creme brulee is good for two persons already.
What we liked best is the grilled prawns and crème brûlée.
We heard this place gets full esp. during dinner. So I recommend to visit this during non-peak hours instead.
Servers are very friendly. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and will be back again!
