Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Enjoy fresh lobsters, tuna and more seafood at Badjao seafront restaurant. A restaurant tucked away from the main road, the bridge way leading to the entrance where a mangrove forest surrounds it will await your dine. And to make it more unforgettable, a view of the sea and brilliant sunset completes the scenery..

Food as stated was amazing , we ate here twice while in Puerto. Beautiful open air restaurant overlooking the water. However the staff let this place down! The waiters were so uninterested and unwelcoming which spoiled the ambience. Had we received friendly service this place would be perfect!

Yes the view is amazing and the service was good. Food came out quick. The food however was subpar. Pork sisig was so chewy and the beef was tough.
There was also a child with a squeaker in his shoe running around 95% of the time. Beyond a distribution to our meal. No one said anything to this child’s parents even though everyone in the restaurant was bothered by it. Overall would not recommend it.

We went becuase we wnted a meal with Palaweno (microbrewery) craft beer. Palaweno had recommended as the restaurant apparently stocks their product.
Ordered an IPA and was delivered a Wit (wheat beer). Wit was all they had in stock!
This venue clearly caters for an upmarket clientelle. To advertise that they stock a product range (in the menu) and not bother to replenish stocks smacks of incompetance.
We left, seeking somewhere else.

This is one of the best restaurants in Puerto Princesa. The location is quite secluded, but everybody knows where it is and can indicate the direction. The ambiance is lovely, native-looking with woods and bamboo and the restaurant itself is on stilts. The menu has a very good selection of local dishes. Food tastes good, but it's a bit pricey. Staff are very accommodating and service is fast. The place tends to get full especially on weekends, so it's best to make reservations ahead of time.

I love their seafood. It's fresh and affordable. Their lobster at this time is P400 per 100grams. The seafood platter is 895 good for 2-3 pax. Nice ambiance. Seafront with lots of mangroves from the entrance.

We went to dinner at this restaurant on our last night in Puerto Princesa on the recommendation of our hotel as well as from people we met during our trip. This place didn't disappoint at all. You do need to make a reservation and showing up there without one is not recommended. This restaurant is not easily accessible without a car. So, if you don't have one, you'll need to arrange a tricycle to take you there and back to your hotel. Service was great and the food was great. We had the usual binagoongang baboy, tanguige steak and lumpiang shanghai. All of them cooked in the traditional Filipino style and they were all superb.

Our resort recommended this restaurant and we were curious enough to try it. It was somewhat secluded but the tricycle drivers knew where the place so it was all that bad. Attractive bridge to get to the actual restaurant and the ambiance were really nice. The restaurant seats on the water and probably would have look good during the day, unfortunately, we went for dinner but even then, the surrounding looks pretty good.
The food itself were pretty good. The only disappointment probably was not everything in the menu was available. There was a couple of items in the menu what we would have liked to try but were told were unable. But otherwise, the food were delicious. And the service was great...

Nice floating restaurant with nice view.
We ordered a few different fish dishes, but the quality was really different per dish. Looks like it came from 2 kitchens. We really enjoyed the shrimp gamba’s, but the the grilled Tuna was way overcooked and dry. Also poor service, they never come to your table, but you need to give them a sign.

The food was excellent, actually better than before the pandemic. Steamed fish, grilled Calamares and 🦀 crabs.
The 🍹 cocktails better than in many bars. The white wine nothing special, but drinkable.
Prices very moderate, service very friendly. Highly recommended.

Visited this restaurant multiple times this month at different times. The place is clean, and beautiful overlooking Honda Bay and the mountains . The food is delicious- the kind of home cook food you're looking for. The servers are courteous and respectful.
The green mango juice ....... oh so good!

We visited with our family of 8. We had our hotel call ahead to ensure that there was a table available when we arrived close to sunset. The service and food were excellent although they forgot to make one of our dishes and we had to wait some time for the last dish. We had taken a van from our hotel and borrowed two of the tricycles to return to our hotel. It appears that some of the tricycles were waiting for others to finish their meals to bring them back to their starting point since the restaurant is not near the town center.

Fantastic restaurant food were excellent with a choice from non vegetarian to vegetarian delicious cuisine. The place itself is amazing. We got there on time to experience the sunset and it didn't failed us of what we were expecting although the place is 10 minutes drive from the city centre but it's beautiful.

We visited on a Friday night. The place was busy, but not crowded. We were seated at the railing, overlooking the sea. Service & food were both excellent. The waiters here pay attention to the customers. There is no need to waive your arm in the air or shout 'Excuse me'.
