I ate here twice during my trip to Jakarta - once inside and once outside. The menu is different depending on what dining area you choose. Dining inside, the space is much quieter, although the views are not as stunning. Still good views, but different...ambiance. I had the Aburi Miyazaki Wagyu, duck fat truffle fries, and wagyu picanha. All were excellent, with an especially flashy presentation with a blow torch for the Aburi Miyazaki Wagyu. I went back to dine outside in the bar area, which has a different and more limited menu. I had the burger, which was exellent. The views and atmosphere outside was a lot different - a very pleasant area to have dinner while watching the sunset. Great food and vibe on both visits. Highly recommended.More

Good ambience, good view, but the food I had is WAY TOO SALTY. I ordered a beef ragout pasta with bone marrow, cream spinach, and mushroom soup. All of them are too salty for me, i feedback to the service staff, but she say it’s...umami, they offered to change for me, but she say she can’t guarantee it won’t be too salty for me again… so I did not change it, had to finish 2 bottles of Fiji water after the meal to wash off the saltiness in my mouth.More

The sky bar is amazing , the view at night really is something else , and the food was excellent , DJ playing some good tunes , all in all not to be missed , if you miss this you’ve missed out , A*****

The view from the bar is truly spectacular and the staff was really nice. Although fair to have high prices given location, i found the value for money not very good. Food is very expensive and just OK, making the dinner somewhat disappointing. Not sure...if possible but i would recommend to only go to the bar part.More

Ordered the salmon feuillete for starter, and pizza waa fresh with a taste of balsamic reduction and truffle paste mayo. The linguine seafood and fettuccine al ragout were delicious, while the pepper duck confit leg was ok, but not as crispy as it should be....Services was good too! Definitely a great place to chill after a long day in Jakarta 😊More

Worst service, slow and rude waiter or customer policy. Long wait to get menu, then to order, then to receive food and drinks. Waiter brought the bill before we finished eating. He later came back to ask me to walk to the cashier to pay...event though we had not finished our food or drinks!! Simply unacceptable. Many other beautiful rooftops in Jakarta with good service. No need to go there.More

I read you are required to spend a min of 1200000 IDR but didn't wanna spend that much since I was already full & I dont drink alcohol when I travel. From Grand Indonesia Mall, I still went to try asking if I could only...have their fries & orange juice (around 140000 IDR). They allowed me! The 1200000 IDR minimum spend is only for weekends (Fri-Sun) and since I got here Mon night, no minimum amount is required. Great view, good food, not crowded. I love this experience.More

I had dinner here with my significant other to celebrate our anniversary and we had an amazing time at Skye! Aril was our server and he was just so nice to us. He greeted and introduced himself to us and made us feel taken care...of. We ordered an appetizer to share, 2 main courses and a desert to share as well, and it was delightful. The rich mushroom soup was to die for, the salmon was cooked to perfection and the chicken was packed with flavor! I won't forget the decadent creme brulee. The food was not the only highlight. It was my girlfriend's first time there and the view from the rooftop lounge was beyond astonishing. We appreciated the staff for taking pictures for us and making this moment even more special. My wife and I had a Weekend dinner to celebrate her birthday. I booked the restaurant via Chope a week or so in advance, with special request: window seating and birthday celebration. On the day of the event, I informed the WA admin that I...would be late, so that my table won't be released. The admin noted that but informed me that they cannot guarantee my request (window seating), when asked why because I already booked it since a week ago; it didn't make sense why would the restaurant not prepare beforehand to book my seating; the admin kept insisting they cannot guarantee my request -- this should only mean that they haven't prepared my seating request, otherwise they don't need to insist this information to me. Then, I just noted down their info and the admin name, I told them it's okay, but I would inform the issue to someone from Ismaya that I know. When I arrived, the hostess greeted me well and escorted to my seating, which weirdly as my request, near window. And the restaurant at that time was not busy, there were 4 tables empty near window and 4 - 5 tables occupied in the restaurant. So, that left a very bad impression on how the WA admin responded to me. We were serviced very well by our waitress, I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but please note that she's very friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered was incredibly well-prepared. Taste in overall was perfect, no under or over seasoned, presentation was well done. Highlights: 1. Aburi Miyazaki 9/10 2. Skye's burnt Ends 9/10 3. Mushroom Soup 10/10 -- simply well done, not too overpowered,great texture. 4. Fettucini Al Ragout 8/10 -- a bit too strong on the flavor and meaty, can't finish it 5. Prime RIbs 8/10 -- very tender, flavor balance, but not fond of the green puree (I think it has wasabi mixed in it), Potato mille feuille (I assume) too large 6. Creamed Spinach 6/10 -- tasted a bit blande and left bitter aftertaste, too watery. Didn't finish it. 7. Duck fat truffle fries 9/10 -- generous portion, well cut, well seasoned, suitable dipping. Best eaten while it's hot! 8. BBC Macaroni 9/10 -- sadly I took this home, didn't eat it at the restaurant. But after a day in fridge, the taste still amazing!! 9. Creme Brulee 10/10 -- by far one of the best creme brulee I ever had. Portion is perfect for 2 person 10. Tiramisu 7/10 -- It's okay. Portion a bit too much cause it's full of cream. This is fusion tiramisu. PS: please update your online menu price, the difference quite significant!More
