I have dined at many different Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong and I was looking forward to having dinner at Inagiku (located inside of the Royal Garden Hotel) .The service level is unfortunately very average , prices are extraordinary high and to be honest their are better Japanese options within the area. Quality of the food is good but the... More

OK, so why the negative title - here goes: Visited midweek with 5 colleagues, we found it outrageously expensive, the service was below average and the food just OK. Cost Six diners, we had an assorted starter to share, 3 of us has a main in addition including one beef (more in a moment), 8 beers and 3 glasses of... More

The sushi is fabulous at Inagiku! They also have a wonderful tempura bar/counter! The hostess Suki is very friendly and always greets you with a smile.

Not a tempura person myself but they have got the batter spot on. Thin and crisp is what you would only expect and leaving the plate with almost no excess of grease. Standard of sushi is a little unstable but when they get it right it's just perfect rice. Good quality of sashimi in general as well as a cracking... More

Superb Japanese food with genuine fresh quality ingredients. Superb sushi with fresh grated wuasabi. Tempura a too much oily, miso soup great, soba portion small but exellent. Environement messy Chinese style with disorder and confused service. Bill real Japanese style!

We go there for a lunch gathering. The environment is as usual packed but even worse is we are offering a table of four for five people. The food is good but we don't have the mood/space to enjoy.

To celebrate my friend's birthday we chose to go to Royal Garden and tried their Japanese restaurant. However it really disappointed us and I don't wanna come back again. The food presentation and quality was bad, even Sen-Ryo is better than them. Tea is not hot, size of sushi from the lunch set is very small like a regular Japanese... More
