We'd booked lunch here on the recommendation from some friends who got engaged here a few years ago. We weren't disappointed, truly one of the best meals we've ever had. The service was exceptional and all the staff where so friendly. We opted for the...More

Wonderful experience at Amber. Classy ambience, professional courteous staff without being overbearing. Very very comfortable which is rare in fine dining places. Staff feels genuine. Food was innovative yet subdued, classics were done absolutely well (had a pate en croute) which was boring in my...More

We had a wonderful tasting menu experience. For the price point, I would expect there to be at most one miss on a dish but there were probably two. I would say the highlight for me was the uni dish for sure. I don't rate...More

Excellent food and very creative dishes. Worth the money. The services are good too. We can feel the chef has been very devoted and carefully matched the ingredients of different dishes . The presentation are very artistic. Will visit again.

Service was superb! We had the wine-paired 6-course lunch on a Saturday. Only two choices: the starter (foie gras) and the main (lamb). There were two desserts. But the paired wines were good. It took 3 hours because we talked a lot after the last...More
