I was there with my team for a celebration lunch. The food was amazing, without a doubt. The kitchen was quite accommodating in terms of my dietary restrictions and allergies. However, the service was really just kinda lukewarm and did not come across very sincere....More

My lunch at Amber was an extraordinary experience. The presentation of each dish was a mastery of art. The taste was magnificent. The wine pairing choice suggested by the sommelier was spectacular. He and all the staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was...More

An elegant place for our simply family celebration gathering, the nine course Degustation menu was creative. The Michelin stylish dishes, pairing with nine glasses different wine was fabulous & fun. Excellent restaurant serving up some interesting plates like Japanese Sea Urchin ontop of Lobster Jello-O with Cauliflower. Very popular place so do what we did and book months in advance.

This is Hong Kong. The service dog will probably be welcomed with its own chair and a 9 course degustation menu of its own. How did they respond hiltoncharlie?
