Sushi Toku has indeed changed its name to Mikasaya since 2015, but with some unknown reasons the name remains Sushi Toku in Trip Advisor. It is a restaurant recommended to me by a Japanese artist living in Hong Kong. The restaurant does gives me the feeling of eating sushi in Japan. The delicacy of food preparation, the attentiveness of staff,... More

Real nice Japanese classic restaurant, super high food quality which is reflected in the price. Good service, compact seating but nice atmosphere.

Awesome Sushi Restaurant in HKG, lunch is a much better value than dinner. However, the dinner crowd is a bit more sophiscated, I doubt you will be seated next to a diner that ask for extra wasabi to be put on her sushi directly. It is actually not very polite to the very nice and professional sushi chef!

I had a great business dinner here with some of the best sushi and sashmi I have ever tasted delivered in a very simple and very polished way. Sit at the counter and watch the magicians weave their magic. The food is top quality, the service fantastic, the chef charismatic and clearly very passionate about his work. A true pleasure... Amongst the dishes we sampled, I'd single out for praise the deep fried oysters, just right, and perhaps surprisingly the squid sushi eaten, as per the chef's instructions, with no soy sauce, outstanding. Also excellent, the crab leg sushi. Each of these dishes was better than similar I have eaten - anywhere, ever. One of our party was Japanese and... More

Amazing selection of fresh high quality produce. Great sushi and sashimi dishes, serve by a energetic chef. Not cheap at HK$1500 per head, but special. You need to book ahead.

In a city as. Vibrant as Hong Kong. This is a major disappointment for the food and pricing recommended as a good local restaurant it certainly was not. As a frequent traveler to Hong Kong this was not good at all very expensive for what it is. Rearmament app. Was 50 hk dollars anwas 8 pcs. Tempura shrimp was very... More

I have been to Sushi Toku four times in the past five months, three times for dinner and once for lunch. Each time has been a tasty and delightful experience. I travel to Hong Kong monthly and previously would frequent a highly respected spot on Hong Kong Island. I believe the food at Sushi Toku is just as fresh and... More

We have been in HK for 7 years and would normally go to Sushi Hiro when we want to have a quality experience at a reasonable price (or Nobu when we want to splurge). Once in a while however we try different Japanese places just to see whether we could find something which would surpass Hiro. Based on the reviews... More
