We came across this place through an Anthony Bourdain Travel Channel experience. This place has earned for several years a Michelin Star which is well deserved. The restaurant is small but we were able to get a table on a Wednesday evening. Excellent service. I recommend bringing your own bottles of wine. There is a cork fee of HK$100. We... More

Came in late dining alone and ended up having not only a great dinner but also a great conversation with the family running the restaurant. Thank you for your hospitality. The food at this 1 star Michelin starred restaurant is simply amazing. Make sure you order the Sweet and Sour Pork - it is very nice and the strawberries adds... More

This is an old style Cantonese restaurant operated by a Mr Pang. During lunch time there is a set with a few choices of dishes plus soup and bowl of rice at a reasonable price under $100 each. One can order other dishes which may be charged more. As for dinner, one has to make a booking for a table... More

Ate here yesterday with some friends/colleagues and Adam received us with a warm welcome. After making pretty much clear he knew the menu better than we did and he had free reign he delivered a good variety in the right quantity of good food. The best part was when we, as a group, tried to decide which one was good.... More

As expats in HK we love it here, its partly as the menu has a western feel and dishes are similar. But that doesn't distract from the very homely, local, authentic food and service. the service is superb, Daniel and his son Adam are fantastic hosts. You don't get stung in the wallet either, getting in on a busy night... More

We were pleased to be recommended Pang's Kitchen by our hotel and was lucky that they could squeeze us in. We really were squeezed in they turned the table next to us from a three people to five people and it meant there was no way i could leave my seat without asking three people to get up. It was... Friendly helpful service with superb tasty food . Mostly locals and certainly a few revisiting expats. Highly recommended. We had a fish dish and sweet and sour pork with strawberries . Lovely .

Our friends Harry and Kim took us here for dinner a few months back when they lived in Happy Valley. Most of the clientelle appeared local. The service was as usual very slick but good fun and friendly. Many of the dishes were familiar Cantonese but some brand new to us and all very well executed with a lot less... More

Been here countless times. Many local favourites / chinese staples. A delicious home-cooked meal, but the prices are a bit high. The owners / staff are usually a bit stuck up and not the friendliest of people.

Serves great food - and was awarded a Michelin star Very cozy, local atmosphere with many Chinese staples, though the fried rice was not as good as the rest of the meal
