You may skip the signage of this noodle shop when searching where it is. It is not eye-catching at a small narrow street at Taipo. The decoration maintains original style in 1970s. Service is poor; the shop owners or relatives working there so not care much your feeling. They shouted at you if you asked second question. Tables and seats... More

This is a local noodle shop ... the soup stock just fantastic and the Fishballs were made by its own kitchen ... other than Fishball the beef belly also highly recommended .... after first try you are tempting to come very often

Been going here for many years now. Menu is still the same throughout the years. Basic and simple comfort food. The atmosphere is very local and still has the original tile floors Normally get the braised beef brisket with fish balls and ho fan (flat rice noodles) noodle topped with fried fish skin. The old fashioned choi yun kee maintained a 1970s decoration, not providing very good service but everything is acceptable. Fish ball noodle n beef tripe is my favorite. Be aware that they closed at around 2-3pm, n better go earlier in weekend
