This is the Peninsula quality. It's so confident to enjoy dinner. Chesa offers Switzerland cuisine, Fondue, Raclette, Cheese plate, Salami and prosciutto crudo. Lamb chops was also so nice taste. And one of good point is their original wine (White & Red) are great. It's popular restaurant, so you should book in advance.

I came with my girlfriend hoping to make her discover raclette. Unfortunately, the raclette comes in a plate, cheese already melt with 4 small potatoes ( size of a thumb...) and with radish, pickles and olives!? I was expecting to melt the cheese myself or at least the waiter doing it in front of us. I was expecting some hams... More

Came here for traditional swiss fondue and came with a strong recommendation from a swiss friend, but the service ruined this experience. Not what you would expect from the Peninsula but the waiters here were really poor. We had to ask for refills of wine nearly every time (they probably didn't sell as many bottles as a result) and when... More

We had dinner with friends at Chesa. Food was good and tasty but service was completely unprofessional: extremely slow, meat sauce was brought after we had eaten half of the meat and the chocolate sauce for the HK$190 dessert was served 10 minutes after we finished dessert. When we made a comment about it, waiters just raised their shoulders and... More

This Swiss restaurant is located in The Peninsula, decorated like a small cottage on the Swiss Alps, offering a cozy and comfortable environment as well as good food to customers looking for a romantic and comfortable dinner. Seated on a couch we ordered the dishes recommended by Maitre D' Lau for sharing. For starter, we had the Crab Meat Pancake... More

So pleasant to dine in this typical Swiss chalet in Kowloon. Not only the cheese dishes are outstanding but most of the specialties of the cuisine of Switzerland are on the menu and very prepared. Outstanding wine list and very elegant service "Peninsula style".

Been here 2 times, normally come for cheese fondue. :) The dinning area just like a real swiss chalet, the wood furniture and the red carpet was just match and cozy. Service is perfect, staffs are sincere and polite, they gave us good advice. For real Swiss, sure we have to come here as this is one of the best... More

I have been going to Chesa for the last 20 years and never had a bad meal. I love all their food and special promotions. Unfortunately during winter time almost impossible to get a table unless make a booking at least two weeks ahead. Great setting and romantic so perfect for couples or family. For sure will go back as... More
