This is an international vegan food chain belonging to a person who entitles herself as "supreme master". I have no qualification or knowledge at all to comment on the religious or philosophical aspect of this person and my interest here is focused on the food. Being difficult to find vegan places to eat all around the world, and specially in... More

I found it very difficult to order vegetarian food in Hong Kong so this was somewhat of a life saver! Large amount of food for a good price and tasty.

Good place for vegetarian food as Loving Hut offered a variety of food. Me and my friends usually ordered set lunch which cost $40 after 2:30pm.

OMG! I just got blown away by this "egg less tart" which used to be my childhood favorite before I became vegetarian! Just this alone is worth the visit, not to mention their set meals which is a steal. Price is very cheap!

It's a great place to eat. Absolutely loads of vegan Chinese oriented food. You can get mock meat/fish or tofu, veg. Food is really tasty - loved the rice noodle Laksa. Portion sizes are good.... I went with a work colleague and we had starters and main for less than £20 for both of us . There's no alcohol for... More

I enjoy the food at Loving Hut, and have tried a few different branches in different countries now. This restaurant near Wan Chai station - tucked away upstairs, with a nice view of the busy street - is a pleasant place to sit and eat. We visited in the evening (it's open until 9.30pm) and it was still very busy.... More

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
