We stopped in by chance as we were tired and wanted to eat in the hotel... what a pleasant surprise. Lovely lobster and amazing sushi. So many stations to choose from you could get lost... and extremely high quality food -- and that is not even taking into account that it is a buffet... [when you factor that in, the... More

The food was lovely, fresh and of course plentiful! By the end of the 4 hours' slot, I have piled on 5kg. Seafood was my first stop, then sushi, then fried foir gras, then Chinese dumplings and repeat. Then desserts - ALL types of desserts. Not only was the food great, so was the service. The manager was polite, professional... More

You get a really good breakfast here - and they offer gluten free bread which we found impossible to locate elsewhere. Really good selection of fruits, cereals and pastries, smoked salmon, cold meats and Asian and Western hot breakfasts. Tea in plungers is also really good and hot. A recommended all day option too for light meals or tea/coffee. Service... More

Comfortable venue with an amazing range of delicious foods on the buffet. Fresh and cooked seafood of excellent quality including lobster, crab, prawn, oyster - as much as you wanted. Soup made to order, sushi and sashimi, barbecue pork and duck, Indian curries, salads and vegies, bread - I could go on and on. The desserts were to die for.... More

My last morning in Hong Kong, I ventured over to try the breakfast buffet. Upon arrival, the hostess started to seat me in the main dining room, but upon learning that I was a hotel guest, she stopped, turned around, and walked me to the dining room of another restaurant in the hotel. Not only was it empty, but the... More

When I came to Hong Kong, I didn't settle for my hotel's breakfast, I walked around and checked our other hotels' breakfasts. After visiting the Hyatt I felt that the bread selection is fantastic, and it is really pleasant environment to relax. The service is very kind and responds to every request. But that's as far as it goes. I... More

Sunday buffet brunch for two (HKD 809.60) Plenty of variety to choose (Indian, Western, pizza, Chinese, Japanese tempura, sashimi, sushi, Thai etc and various desserts etc) Sunday brunch. We liked Indian, pizza, Cantonese roast pork and goose. Other dishes were pretty ordinary. The cold Japanese soba was over cooked. The sushi and sashimi were unexpectedly poor quality for serving in... More

We started each day with the buffet breakfast at the Hyatt's Cafe. Large selection of food, including ethnic varieties. Fresh fruit, juice, and good service made it a great way to start the day. I'd like to be there tomorrow morning!

Good choice is excellent with selection of western and Cantonese food, there is also laksa for breakfast if you want that. Juice is not freshly squeezed but there is yoghurt and Yakut.
