They charged HKD52 for a plate of rice noodles. Sadly, the chef must lose his sense of smell. Absolutely tasteless. It would be my last time coming back here.

OK food, tasty - but that's because of the vast quantities of MSG they use. Price is reasonable for Discovery Bay, but it's overpriced by Hong Kong standards for this type of food, because it's in DB! If you can't tolerate MSG, then don't go.

They have the fresh and delicious roast goose and roast pork, lunch time serving, still hot or warm from the oven, price very reasonable, most lunch menu items under $50, include coffee, Chinese tea or hot water is available all day, self service free of charge, we enjoy their curry beef or fish, they have two type of clients, lunch... We had dinner. The restaurant serves mainly Cantonese and some Thai food. Dishes served are more like those you would serve at home. We had fried egg with shrimps, steamed minced pork, and fried mixed vegetable. Portion were good. You can pay a bit extra for a set of rice plus soup to go with the dishes. Dinner also came... More

Very inexpensive way to experience authentic Chinese and Cantonese cuisine. Popular with my cousin's children which was a bonus too.

This is great authentic Chinese and Cantonese cuisine at it's best. No 'fusion' or 'contemporary' frills, just good old fashioned home-style cooking. I'm always wary of MSG-laden Chinese food but this place serves some of the freshest tasting dishes I've had. On my last visit I had the hearty and wholesome supreme broth with mushrooms and Chinese zucchini, along with... More

Basic food but at reasonable prices. In Discovery Bay i would say tis is the best value for money restaurant. Better quality at others, but 3 times the price.

For the price, it's good food, but I definitely wouldn't visit at lunchtime. It's way too crowded. But in the evenings, it's actually great value, and the portions are quite big for what you pay. But it's basically a fast food joint, and we just go there when we want a quick, cheap and easy meal. They do good curries,... More

This is a local Chinese fast food restaurant. I don't recommend a visit at lunch time when it's packed with construction workers, but in the evenings or for afternoon tea it can be very enjoyable. Fast and friendly service. Typical afternoon Chinese tea fare such as French toast, toast with jam, or club sandwich will cost less than a cup... More
