Lounge and Bar has been given the reputation for the fabulous view and the unique location. On top of all, the service has been excellent, bonus to a perfect dinner experience. We are more than surprised that that they meticulously remarked of our seating preference...during booking. Staffs especially Mike and Lincoln have been friendly and professional! Worth coming for the views alone. Try for a window seat to really appreciate, and hope for clear skies!

A lovely tea time to catch up with friends! We enjoyed our window-side table. Service was awesome and Lincoln was very accommodating. Definitely one of my favorite places and will be back.

The view and services both are gorgeous. Thanks for manager Philip’s good hospitality and I believe I will visit some more in near future...

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton for one night on my birthday. Which I will review separately. We went to breakfast on our final day here and was greeted by Philip Howard who told us where each food area was and took our drinks order....We were not told that there was an additional menu so we didn’t know about it. When we were eating my wife noticed someone eating eggs Benedict. We asked a waitress if there was another menu and she said the buffet items. So we asked again and she looked put out and reluctantly told us there was another menu. I for some reason got a funny look off of the waitress. We ordered eggs Benedict and smoked salmon but we were also served cheese for some reason. The food and service here is good but we were a little confused why we were not told about the menu which was reluctantly given to us.More

Amazing view complimented with an outstanding service. Special thanks to Johnny who took care of us. His service was so personalized and we all enjoyed his sense of humor. Not my first time here and will definitely visit again. P.S. must try their beer (Horizon...Pilsner). This beer they made only for Ritz Carlton Hong Kong and cannot buy it outside. It has a nice mix of authentically local flavors. Loved it!More
