We were staying at the Intercontinental and booked this restaurant for a birthday meal. Food was outstanding. The waiter was very abrupt and gave very poor service. The other staff were excellent. So food five star, service one star. We will not go back.

Excellent food that was a pleasure from start to finish - the food was ordered for us so we didn't see the menu but everything we tried (stuffed crab, pears with beef, Peking duck) was perfect. Looking forward to going back to try more dishes...

I have been to this restaurant few times now and love all their invented twist to the traditional Cantonese dishes, no wonder the chef is an awarded winning chef.

Picking a nice Chinese restaurant for dinner for the family gathering is an usual practice during the Chinese New Year. After some recommendations and reviews, decided to visit Hoi King Heen for the dinner and this is the first time to visit here. Firstly, we are impressed by the decoration of the restaurant and found it is quite a convenient... More

Went here based on recommendation on Fodors. The food and the service is great. The following gold award items were very good: Beef brisket stuffed in pear: Tender beef brisket in a 'lick the bowl clean' sauce stuffed in pear. Egg white with bamboo pith: egg white and veg patty in a savory broth was both delicate and flavorful

Sadly not the place to experience Michelin star quality. An underwhelming experience compared to other Michelin restaurants I have had the privilege of dining at.

We had dinner with a group of friends and have a table in private room. The food is quite delicious and belong to fine dining. Not only the taste is very good but also the presentation, so the atmosphere of the restaurant. The waiters are very polite and professional.

If you do not mind paying more for enjoying good food and comfortable environment, you can try the Chinese dishes mainly Cantonese style. Dim sum is available plus a variety of seafood, meat and vegetable dishes. The quantity may be smaller, compensated by the quality of food.

My husband and I visit this restaurant at least once a month. Always delicious. Excellent service. And wheelchair friendly for my uncle/auntie. Traditional Cantonese food. Manager Stephen Tam and Chef Leung are super. Advance booking is needed.
