Nothing exciting here despite the friendly staff. We shared the portobello starter which was served on a chipped plate. Our mains of ravioli w tomato sauce and fettuccini were okay but nothing to draw us back. The chef however did honor my husband's request to eliminate the Gorgonzola cheese from the sauce. The apples in the tart were not sweet... More

The location is easy to find. The decor is well-appointed. Suitable for business lunches and the likes. The pricing is reasonable and service adequate. Most importantly, the food quality and presentation were great. I.had been there several times lunch and have to try their dinner menu some time soon.

Growing up in New York and then living in Chicago for many years, one of the things I miss most is great pizza. There is an abundance of pizza joints in Hong Kong but not many have perfectly thin & crispy or doughy pizza...they are often soggy. Even with delivery, the Quattro formaggi & mushroom pizzas from Antipasto were not... More

Staying at the Novotel Wan Chai and found this great little restaurant on a night walk. Came out for a late night meal. I ordered Penne Carbonara and my husband had the traditional Spaghetti Bolognese. Both meals were served quickly and were tasty and of good portion size. The restaurant was very quiet with only one other table eating but... More

We were there at prime time on a Thursday evening and wondered why there were only 3-tables including us. Perhaps it was that they wanted HK$100 corkage fee, it was not air conditioned and they got my wife's order wrong twice. The food itself, we had a Spaghetti Bolognese and a Seafood Linguini, was good but not exceptional. The bill... More

We discovered this restaurant by chance one night and were so impressed by the food and value for money that we made a return visit later that week. Needless to say the service and food was equally exceptional with a complimentary coffee and wine top up from the manager who recognized us from our previous visit. Would highly recommend, shame... I've lost count how many times I've been here and every time I do have a great meal, in a very lovely atmosphere and great service! I love how small the restaurant is, making it cozy and warm. KEEP IT UP!

We had a really good dinner for four at Antipasto on a Saturday evening at a very reasonable price. The Australian Medallions were great, maybe 8/10 compared to 10/10 at a top dollar steak restaurant. They obviously buy good meat and they know how to cook it. The vegetables were delicious. We drank good Pinot Grigio without paying too much.... More

We enjoyed this little place, in fact we went twice. The kids loved the BBQ ribs and the pizzas and pasta dishes were good. Portion sizes were generous, indeed they could really do with half sizes for kids, although ours did share. The service was attentive and the food served quickly.

The first time I went to Antipasto was on my first visa run. I had been living in China for about 6 weeks and I was pretty home sick. I stumbled upon this place as I was wandering around HK and I could not have been more pleased. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the guy who... More

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
