I thoroughly recommend this restaurant. It is on the 25th floor with excellent views across to Hong Kong Island. The menu choice is excellent and we chose the tasting menu. We could not fault the food or service.

This chinese restaurant is a wide glimpse on the bay and the food is fine with something unusual like the tofu pannacotta thai is special.

Reminiscent of an ancient family courtyard in one of Peking's fast disappearing hutongs (courtyard houses set between narrow lanes), Hutong's interiors are set against the most breathtaking skyline of any international metropolis. This is not the only surprise. The sense of adventure and sheer avant-garde creativity continues in the innovating cuisine inspired by the culinary styles of Peking and Shandong province.
