Even despite being in HK only for a long weekend and the incredible variety of food available, we came here twice!! Food is awesome, the staff very nice and the chefs waiving from kitchen when you leave! Lovely! Will keep this in mind for our next HK trip again.

Very full restaurant, we had to wait quite long for the food.. We had nice fresh dumpling. Then lamb and tandoori chicken. Nan and rice (totally overpriced). Like a normal Indian restaurant.

The BBQ chicken was absolutely perfect and in a class of its own, and even quite inexpensive. The butter Nan on the other hand was rather average. In essence, there isn't much of a difference between Indian and Nepalese food, so if you like one, you'll like the other too. The waiters could be a bit more attentive.

Prices are high, and the food is not very special... Meet dishes are mostly vegetables with some meat bits. Of course it's cheaper for the restaurant to serve "tomato salsa" from can, than actually make a descent meal. our whole family is a big fan of Indian/Nepalese food, and eat it ooften. This was the worst experience EVER. Overrated and... More

We visited here for lunch 2 days ago. We had the lunch time special starting with the best samosa I have had in a long time, the pastry was to die for. Mains we shared a lamb curry & rice with veggie curry & garlic naan all being very tasty. The surroundings were pleasant as was the service. Would definitely... More

The food was delicious. Was concerned we were going to end up with typical Indian curries like in most the "Nepalese" restaurants in HK but this really delivered. The manager/waiter was t the friendliest guy ever, but had all the info we asked for, and did I mention the food was delicious?

Firstly, it's not Nepalese cuisine - I mean, perhaps the odd momo type of item but the Nepalese do not have tandoori chicken and these other generic Indian restaurant items in their cuisine...well, so if you want to judge it based on Indian cuisine, I'd say step across to Bindaas down on Hollywood and Aberdeen street and get your fill... We felt warmly welcomed. The owner sees to every detail. The cuisine did not disappoint. I now crave Nepalese food!

I picked up a main dish here and was pleasantly impressed. Tasty food and great location. If you want a decent curry in a good central location then give this a try.

Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
