My experience here was memorable. We were bringing an out of town guest and thankfully this restaurant surpassed expectations. Every dish was beautifully crafted and put together for those extra discerning taste buds that crave a slightly nuanced Cantonese recipe that makes a good dish turn into an outstanding one.

Cantonese Cuisine does not present strong flavors. The beauty of the meal here is the subtle flavors of each course, each quite different from the previous. We had one of the tasting menus and the courses were presented so as to allow sufficient time to absorb the flavors of each. One of the truly great meals of our lives. I... More

No surprise for the second visit to this renowned award winning restaurant. We took the standard dim sum lunch menu. 3 pieces of dim sums are offered. Pastry with duck was good. Mushroom soup was a zen choice. Shrimps with choy sum was delicious. Other than that, nothing remarkable! With the service charge, it came to about $400 per person.... More

We stayed at The Langham in January this year, and discovered that the T'ang Court restaurant was situated within our hotel. We decided it was too good an opportunity to dismiss and booked a table. From our initial welcome to the end of our meal, we had a wonderful experience. Our waiter was attentive, and listened to our requests. You... More

There were a number of flaws with the service at T'ang Court, whilst the food was very good, it was not at the highest level. The charger on the table was greasy, one dessert arrived 10 minutes after the others.

As guests of the Langham Hotel we were keen to try the 3 Michelin Star T'ang Court and it did not disappoint. We were celebrating my birthday and decided rather than try the tasting menu we would have a Peking duck. The hotel concierge made the arrangements to secure a duck for our dinner. The service was impeccable, the food... More

High quality delicious food. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. The fried fish appetizer was crunchy on the outside and moist and delectable on the inside. The clam appetizer was also amazing. Best Chinese/Cantonese food I have ever had and for a Michelin star rated restaurant very reasonable.

I have been to a couple of 2 starred restaurants in Spain and New York and while the service at Tang Court was outstanding the food was disappointing. By that I mean compared to my previous experiences. The food was good without being great and for the price I expected more.
