Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great place for Peking duck and many other favourites. One thing I would not recommend is the sweat and sour fish. Everything else is pretty great. Prices are reasonable, services is quick and good. The place could be a little cleaner though. They also do takeout - and like almost everything in Beijing, you can order delivery from Jungzun on a phone app.

This restaurant and its food are just great. We lived in a hotel across the street and went here for a dinner every evening which sums up our dining experience here. Menu is in English and with photos. Many Chinese guests as well. Great value for money. We will come back

The fried steak strips are delicious, as are the beans with pepper. We had a delicious meal there and even went back again! The one looks delicious, but because we already had Peking Duck, we ate something else at Jingzun.

Overall good service but meal was a little disappointing. We wanted the pork belly which wasn’t available and the duck was average and a little over cooked. The Gung Bao Chicken tasted a little like a sweet sour chicken with a little chili. We wanted some Tsing Tao beer but got up sold to the Chinese white beer which was a bad idea as the beer was terrible. I probably won’t go back although it’s pricing is reasonable.

The food wasn't particularly great. Pretty boring, I would say. If you want to be full, you can visit this restaurant, but not if you want to experience something in terms of taste. The ambience is pretty simple, but that didn't bother me. The staff don't understand English, but you can order using the pictures. Otherwise, they are very friendly.

Yeah, this is some good duck. Big bi-level restaurant near Yongli mall in Sunlitun - try to get a table by the windows on the second floor! Mostly locals with an occasional tourist. They have quite a big menu, but you are probably going for the duck anyways - and you won't be disappointed. One portion will be plenty for two people.

Fantastic dining experience. The duck was carved in front of us. Many food options available. So tasty we went back a second time. Great customer service. Highly recommend also trying shrimp dishes.

Had The Peking Duck and while it was tasty it was just like warm to tepid when it arrived. Service was good and in a nice area of town

The famous Peking duck, here in a supreme version, should be carved at the table. This way, the flavor is preserved as much as possible between carving and plate - and not least, the skin remains as crispy as possible. They know what they're doing at this renowned - and therefore rather touristy - duck restaurant. In Denmark, we eat duck (at least) twice a year, but we must humbly admit that the Chinese are better at achieving crackling crispy skin and juicy meat than we are. The duck experience was sublime. The pancakes, vegetables, and hoisin sauce were a bit more ordinary - standard ingredients. A fun detail was a small dish with duck sushi, where crispy skin replaced raw fish. A piece of advice: Eat the skin as soon as the dishes are placed on the table. It quickly loses its crispiness. Afterwards, you can roll the meat, vegetables, and sauce into the pancakes and eat with your fingers.

Not the best quality of main course. Wine list is pretty expensive. Just one advantage - fast service.
