This is a super cool market place. If you're in Cairo I definitely recommend checking this place out. It's very hectic and chaotic though and you will get people from every direction asking you to come and buy their stuff. Just be careful and get...ready to bargain! Overall I'd recommend. It's definitely a cool experience.More

This Bazzar is one of a kind. They have your traditional souvenirs but they also have some one of a kind pieces that are authentic and you won’t get anywhere else. You can get everything from clothing to houseware. You can accessorize you home from...this Bazzar. I loved it and went 3 times. One thing, it’s not in Giza it’s in Cairo. Also it’s a lot of haggling you have to learn to ignore them say no and keep walking. Absolutely don’t give money to beggars that will just attract more beggars especially the kids. Most shop owners had on mask others did not. But this is a must got to place.More

We went there on a week day and yet the place is still crowded. Shops mostly open after 12pm and close at 12am. We were there from 4-8pm. Night has better view when the shops switched on their colorful lights but walking through the market...can be a bit tricky at night. You can haggle the price some to about 50% (dont get your hopes too high). We got a friend with us who helped to haggle in arabic. You can find cheap souveniers and clothings here. The market is very lively but do be careful about the goods carts moving in and out of the market. Stay out of their way!More

Very nice neighborhood and atmosphere. Clean and delicious food the only problem is that they are smoking inside the cafe and they give tea in a tea bags. I really hope that they can put separate room for non smokers.

The place has a taste that u’ll never find in any Arabic market/ Souq, the shops, souvenirs, bazars food, cafes, silver & gold, textiles, costumes, music...everything is beyond imagination. If u’ll go u must have a drink in El Fishawy cafe & enjoy the oriental...music there, do Henna drawings (like tattoos), have a lunch or dinner at Nageeb Mahfouz or Farahat restaurant or restaurants just before the The gate to Khan Elkhalili area. Also a big recommendation for silver shop Mohamed Ameen (very famous there), have a walk by the Khan Elkhalili & El Moez street where mosques & building 700 years old with magnificent lightings. Enjoy prayers at El Hussein Mosque, also the show wekalet elghoory can’t be missed if u’r going on Wednesdays (I think Mondays as well, check the schedule before u go). In front of it Al Azhar park where some restaurants & greenery area with corridors to have a nice walk. There is Al Azhar park garage to park ur car, just 5 min. Walk to Khan El Khalili, & there is are toilets at the Gas station just in front of the garage.More

Lots of fun and must do. We had a guide who took us to a wholesaler, which meant great prices and no haggling. So if u have a guide take their advice. The rest of the bazaar was great and we got some bargains. Easy...to get there and we felt quite safe.More

It's a wild place...noisy, chaotic, nooks and crannies, winding alleys, shop till you drop, bargain your heart out... You must visit here if your in Cairo! Have a kebab on the Square or go to the traditional restaurant Naghib, where you must book here as...it's so popular with Egyotians and tourists alike!More
