This quaint restaurant is delicious! We stopped in for lunch and shared plates and had a wonderful meal. It’s busy, but tables turn over quickly. Staff is professional, nice, and efficient.

Good quality Egyptian food with great service. Good use of space with decent seating. Recommend any taameya/falafel dish.
The worst service and quality ever ! I visited Zooba Capital Promenade on Thursday morning @ 9.30 am for one falafel sandwich on the go . I placed my order and I waited 20 minutes to get it ready! During this time, there were around...7 staff who were literally doing nothing but chatting, smoking or drinking tea! With the first bite, I found out that falafel is not well cooked and Turing info عجينه !! I left heading my car while one of your staff came to me trying to apologize and had my mobile number so the manger call me which did not happen till moment. It is a shame having those unqualified calibers and it is not acceptable to get such horrible products hence NO VALUE at all for money I paid . Indeed the quality of service is at its lowest level . Zooba “ is no more on my list and - indeed- by all means is NOT RECOMMENDED! Sherif Lotfy 01000002929More
Came here as I had heard such good things about it and was not disappointed. It is small and popular so it can get very busy but for a table of 6 at lunchtime we waited about 15mins for the table. The shawarma was really...good and the chips were so nicely seasoned. The best thing is it was the cheapest meal we had in Egypt. £30 for 6 people's lunches plus soft drinks. Well worth it!More
Absolutely fantastic food!! Really tasty! Quick service and very good prices. We (2) had a full meal with starters and 3 drinks for under £10.
More like a snack bar than a restaurant. But an uncomplicated and nice way to get to know and enjoy Egyptian street food.
Visited Zooba with a friend for breakfast whilst on transit. The yummy Ful - with tahini, crispy falafel and warm bread all made for a delicious meal. We downed it with some hibiscus lemonade which was unique. Very affordable quaint joint for some authentic local...food. Highly recommend.More
We read good things about this restaurant and were excited to go when we went to Cairo. We went for a lunch service and had to wait for a table for about 10 minutes and enjoyed a flavourful lunch with dips, bread and hibiscus limeade....It was worth the stop and was relatively inexpensive. It also seemed like a good spot for locals. Getting here with an Uber was easy and the quickest option in the middle of the day. Some items are not available until 3 pm so it might be worth trying some stuff later in the day too. There were a couple of bathrooms upstairs but one seemed to be closed while we were there. The stairs going upstairs are quite narrow and steep.More
Amazing Amazing Amazing food and place The food was great and delicious The price was very good ………… High recommended…………
Super fresh food, great menu options & prices are really good. First time in Cairo & as a tourist can recommend! There were plenty of locals in there too. Tiny space though, worth waiting for a table.
Absolutely delicious, fresh and wholesome! Traditional Egyptian street food with a modern spin. Will definitely be going back!
You get all street food/popular Cairo food in one place.Zooba rice pudding is amazing. Must visit place.
for those who like to try local food, we recommend it. tasty and cheap egyptian food. the place is small, if you have to wait I recommend you do
My partner and I went here for our first meal in Cairo, and it was a great introduction to Egyptian food. We ordered a ton of different things (definitely overordered), and it was all really delicious and affordable. We were able to try fuul, taameya,...hawawshi, and a few other things we were interested in. Overall, I would recommend.More
We ended up here on our first night in cairo... not by accident but on recommendation of someone who knew. The food was great and service was quick. It isn't fine dining - but still a must-eat place in cairo.
