Located in sherif street, in Cairo down town. I loved simonds sandwitches, salad,and the coffee is amazing.
This is traditional coffee shop right along Zamelek's busiest street and local, local, local. Be prepared to speak Arabic or simply point. Plenty of foreigners visit so you may get lucky and find an English speaker.
