It's not just the koshary but the atmosphere and the service that makes this the most famous koshary in Cairo. It is delicious. More lemony flavor than tomato which I like, but you can make the sauce how you like. Fun to have the staff...mix the sauce table side to get the show. A must do if in Cairo for a few days.More
