I recommend beef balls noodle and beef balls Salad. It is their signature dish and the taste is wonderful! It is located near city center so the place is crowded most of the time. The dishes offering are of reasonable value.

Last meal in Yangon exceeds expectations! Was very quiet when I came in this morning, with just a few locals having breakfast. I ordered the sticky Shan noodle soup with pork, and it was the best I’ve had in Myanmar, including in the Shan state!...More

I think it's a flat rate of 8000kyt from the airport to anywhere in Yangon - there's a ticket deal just before the exit who sort it all for you.

Doubt Myanmar budget eateries cope with allergies or even gluten free. Yoy would have to go to something like the Shangri La to be really safe.
