The food is so good here that we didn’t go elsewhere for the whole week we were here!Dine either under the shade sails or down in the beach hut with the sand between your toes. Steaks were cooked exactly as ordered and the curries (chicken or vegetable) were superb. Good sized portions too. My husband loved the starter vegetable soup and the garlic bread is fab.

This is an incredibly beautiiful restaurant which is part of the gorgeous Paradise Cove Resort. We ate many wonderful breakfasts here (included with the room) and lots of dinners. Amazing local fruit and all ingredients farm to table. Somewhat Mediterranean menu with French influence.
As good as the food and setting are, our favorite part beside the local fruit, was the restaurant patrons--guests, expats restaurant patrons, and Mark and Constance. the owners. So many fun and interesting discussions!
There are 2 other restaurants in walking distance if you are staying a long time and like variety. The one we tried, (South Pacific Memories) was fun.

We went here as a group of 6 adults for a special birthday lunch and we could not have asked for a better spot!
Edna and her team were amazing, from the beautiful handmade flower decorations on the table to the chef stopping by to say hello and to see if there were any requests.
The food was delicious and the location was even better.
We will be definitely be back.
Thank you Edna!

Eating at this restaurant is a sublime experience.
Connected to the Resort, but still free and accessible to external customers, this beautiful restaurant offers spectacular lunches and dinners.
The tables are by the pool or directly on the beach, covered by a structure that guarantees tranquility even in case of rain.
The menu is excellent, cared for in detail by a nice local young man who, however, studied and worked in France and therefore knows how to manage Western palates without problems.
The quality of the raw material is excellent and the dishes are exquisite.
Set aside the diet for a few days and enjoy these wonders!

We stayed at the Paradise Cove resort for 14 days in August 2023. We opted for the continental breakfast of a pastry (usually a croissant), selection of fresh fruit, baguette, fruit juice, coffee and a bowl of cereal which was more than enough to start the day. The dinner menu offered a range of entrees, so-called light meals, mains, deserts, and a selection of French, Australian and New Zealand wines, beer and cocktails. I say “so-called” light meals as the servings were quite substantial, and, on occasion, we were unable to get through it all. Staying for 14 days, we were able to go through the complete menu of entrees, light meals, mains and desserts and found nothing which was not to our satisfaction. All meals were based upon fresh local produce and were well presented. We didn’t attempt to drink our way through the wine list but what we did have was very good and my wife assures me that the cocktails were also good. The restaurant was demolished by tropical cyclones Kevin and Judy which struck in March 2023 so, as a temporary measure, Marc and Constance erected a series of sails which were very pleasant to dine under when the weather was clement but, unfortunately not completely waterproof which resulted in us having to dine in our villa when the rain became too heavy. The staff were excellent, always pleasant and smiling and gave us an explanation of the origin of the vegetable bounia which apparently is a local ni-Vanuatu dish. Constance was an excellent hostess The ambience was very pleasant with a view across the water to the other side of the bay and some excellent sunsets.

We enjoyed 6 nights at the Paradise Cove Resort and had all except 2 of our meals at the outdoors, undercover sails Nakamal overlooking the water. The complementary continental breakfast with fresh fruits, croissants and baguettes (sourced each morning by Marc) and Tanna coffee was a great way to start the day. Lunch for us was baguettes or the Melanesian salad. And dinner each night was a difficult choice - we enjoyed 3 different fish dishes, calamari, chicken and veg coconut curries, and fillet Mignon with nicely cooked vegetables or salad from a good range of dishes together with a small range of entrees. The desserts looked delicious but on the rare occasions we had dessert, could not go past the coconut icecream. The cocktails were popular, and the wines, a small selection but carefully curated French, Australian and New Zealand. And of course local beer. The ni-Van staff were delightful, happy, efficient and after our very first order remembered exactly how we liked our espressos!

We stayed at the resort and had gone into town several times to different highly rated restaurants but nothing compared to the food and service we had at the Paradise Cove restaurant. Each dish we tried was so delicious. I was blown away by the chicken curry and the Melanesian fish salad (I can't remember if that was the name but I have a photo of it). My husband loved the beef dishes. Another thing - our toddler has several allergies and they were able to accommodate our dietary requirements; this made our whole experience even better.

The food was not only tasty but beautiful. Time and effort was put into the presentation of all our meals. There was a choice of food just like a seriously good restaurant. My favourite was the chicken curry, together with a wonderful cocktail.
The pre dinner snacks set you up for a night of temptation and a slow glorious meal every time.
I am not a person to take photos of food, but I was so tempted at Paradise Cove - the complimentary continental breakfast consisted of early morning fresh croissants, crusty baguettes, fresh fruit of all kinds with all the trimmings. A great way to start a day in Paradise.
Thank you Constance and Marc.
See you again, Pat and Rodney

Two restaurants with magnificent views. Being vegetarian and allergic to all spices, the chefs in the kitchen have always been able to adapt and offer me delicious dishes. Copious plate and very beautiful presentation. A delight ! And the breakfasts are also very generous.

We were fortunate enough to stay at Paradise Cove Resort. Over the six days, we ate most of our meals at the restaurant; a testament to the quality and freshness of food and enough variety of options for six days.
The daily continental breakfast included in our package was perfect. Our favourite part was delicious french pastries, fresh baguette, a platter of fresh tropical fruit and quality espresso coffee. We also ordered from the cooked breakfast menu a number of times. These meals were also tasty.
The restaurant has two dining locations: an upper restaurant; the Namakal by the pool which is more open air with shade sails and a lower covered dining area near the sea; both are wonderful spots to dine. We were also offered an opportunity to have dinner on the jetty.
The food was fresh, and the meals tasty. A good selection of options if you like variety. Our favourites were the fillet mignon, traditional raw fish salad, arancini balls and the chicken baguette just to name a few. We were always too full to be able to fit in a desert but they sounded amazing.
Happy Hour is announced by the beating of a traditional drum elevating it to a special time of the day and in time to see the incredible sunsets. An extensive cocktail list kept us entertained but by far a favourite was the pina colada! The Tusker beer was a great find; very refreshing.
Wonderful friendly staff and hosts, great food and a fabulous atmosphere.

During our visit to Vanuatu we had many breakfasts and Dinners at the restaurant here, the food was amazing, a good varied menu of fantastic meat and fish dishes with a good choice of vegetarian options too. They also made some decent cocktails. The food every time was amazing! Also had a pretty awesome view while you ate too!

After we booked our stay at Pacific Cove Resort we researched restaurants on the island. To our delight we discovered the number one rating of their restaurant. We enjoyed the cuisine, wine and cocktails so much we took all our meals in house. I can still taste the spectacular calamari and the coconut ice cream dessert. Great ambience in the open sided restaurant with soaring traditional roof. The service was outstanding and the staff so engaging. Fresh local produce with plenty of choice for two pescatarians!

With the option of dining in the main thatched roof and authentic restaurant building, or a more intimate waterfront dining experience on the sand, we enjoyed many meals here while staying at the resort.
The staff are discrete and very attentive, and the menu was extensive and the food of high quality. All tastes are able to be accommodated and the kids menu meant that the whole family could enjoy the dining experience.
We were fortunate to have booked the New Year's eve dining experience, which together with the fire dance provided by locals, was an extremely enjoyable night and a perfect one to usher in 2020.
An absolute joy and an experience that is highly recommended.
