My friend had “the best cheeseburger ever” and an incredible coconut cream pie
I’m plant based so stuck to hot chips and a side salad

Food was presented beautifully. Fell apart in the mouth. Chefs delivered up fresh fish, caught by their own boats daily. A must to visit for a meal. Staff were very helpful.

Most popular dinning place and take away on the rock. Central spot on main town Alofi. Young man BJ Rex goes out early in the morning on his chartered fishing boat with tourists to watch the sunrise at 5:00 AM in the morning mainly to catch fish for the restaurant. Making a great experience for tourists staying at the Scenic Matavaki Resort. The fresh fish cooked and served the way customers like it. Waitresses are young beautiful girls that trained to give good customer service. I've eaten food at this place. Very appetizing and delightful. Tourists and locals they eat at this place. Good value for your money. They make sure you are satisfy with the food quality and service. Falala Fa means Beauty Pageant of Niue name after Pauline Rex as Miss Niue and Matavai Resort Miss Photogenic. Vanessa Marsh is BJs wife. She won and was the Miss South Pacific a few years past representing Niue. Fiafia Rex won miss teen on Niue beauty competition years past. This top restaurant on Niue named after the mentioned beauties that boldly spoken and represent Niue to the world. Next door to the restaurant is another Miss South Pacific Beauty Pageant Sina Mana Hekau who won the title for Niue. Tat's the significant of the name Falala Fa. When you dine there you may get a chance to meet the famous Niue beauty pageant whom competed overseas.

We came here twice during our stay in Niue and were served excellent and fresh sea food and a scrumptious coconut pie, encountered friendly service and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended.

We had two meals here, the first one after we had being on BJ fishing charters. Ate our own catch for entree and mains. The mahimahi was superb. The staff were friendly and efficient. Then they went out of their way to deliver coconut pie for fathers day with a happy fathers day note, by the way the the coconut pie was worth the wait!!

Bookings essential. Casual outdoor (but undercover) dining. Lots of locals - so it must be good. Wish and chips were great, as was the sushi from tuna caught that morning (by your correspondent!). Make sure to try the wahoo. PJ will take you out fishing to catch your evening meal. Wine very reasonably priced.

We work closely with our partner business Fish Niue Charters to present a great dining experience and opportunity. Guests who fish with Fish Niue Charters are invited back to Falala Fa where we can prepare tasting platters of the fish they have caught for them to try. With Fish Niue Charters supplying our kitchen with fresh fish on a daily basis we aim to have great meals available.

It would appreciate a vegetarian option for us non-meat eaters. When asked they said they could do a salad burger... with all that Tara and papaya on the island, expected better options.
