Sounds like a real estate ad, but it is also the best way I can describe this iconic restaurant. We were introduced to Le Fare by a local couple when we visited Noumea from a cruise ship. The first thing you cannot fail to notice is the beautiful outlook from the deck, only a metre or so above the wide,... More

Definitely not the cheapest in town but once you realise the cost of fruit you will understand prices of fresh juice at Lefare.

This is possibly the prettiest part of the island. Worth coming to, however note 1. Prices are extremely high similar to most places in Noumea 2. Awesome views 👍 3. Average food. Much better at the other Le Fare down the road at Palm Beach 4. Service NON EXISTANT. My 3rd time here now and the staff DO NOT provide... More

Opted for the BBQ buffet lunch. Didn't expect myself to be full immediately due to lots of servings of bread and sides, therefore quite regretted later on taking the buffet lunch and should have gone ala carte instead. Nevertheless, the restaurant offers scenic views of Anse Vata Bay which is perfect for a laid back lunch. The restaurant is open... More

The burgers were good, wasn't a fan our their juice as it was really watered down, but I found that to be the same as most restaurants in Noumea. The service was good and staff very friendly.

Close to the water , very happy ambiance , good service , co-ordination among staff could improve. Food is good , bit expensive for what you get. Received very good service from Laura and Jessika. Staff must learn more English. Likewise may I suggest to anyone visiting Noumea to learn some French , it will help a long way. It... More

Beautiful place for dinner. Lovely setting where you can sit on a relaxed environment and watch the world go by. Beautiful food and the Manager was such a nice guy to talk to. English speaking. Highly recommended for great food in a relaxed setting and very good value.

The spot is right by the beach and you can watch kitsurfers while you eat!!! I might not recommend this place for vegans although is has maybe a vegetarian option or two, but for others the food is very decent, a bit on the expensive side but i suppose you pay for the location! Not my favorite place for food... More

One of the most sought-after beachside restaurants in Nouméa, Le Faré Restaurant is the ultimate place to an al fresco lunch with a magnificent view of the beautiful Anse Vata bay its beaches and windsurfers. Inspired by traditional Melanesian style architecture with its sculpted pillars and thatched roof, Le Faré is an open-air space where you can lie back on a lounge chair and sip a freshly-squeezed tropical juice until sunset. It is also the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing salad, fresh grilled fish or a sumptuous BBQ lunch on the deck overlooking the beach.
