One of our old favourites in Noumea-large menu with many good classic French choices . All good . Recommend Onion Soup , Veal Medallions , Octopus salad , Cassoulet . Good friendly service with the ambience of eating in someone's home . prices are fair & reasonable also .

This is a very pleasant French cuisine restaurant conveniently located in the Anse Vata area. The menu is quite interesting and has a seafood focus. After escargots entree I had a delicious sole meuniere while my partner had a very flavoursome prawn and scallop cassoulet. All washed down with a crisp white wine! Magnifique!

This restaurant is on a side street about 1/2 km from the main beachfront road in Anse Vata and is well worth finding. It is situated in an early '50's bungalow and is fairly small. Reservations on weekends are essential and probably wise on week nights. When I think of French Cuisine, I think of French Onion Soup, Escargot, Foie... More

My husband and I expected fine dining, and while the food was tasty, we eat better at home! (My husbands mother is from Paris) after 39 years of marriage we chose this evening to test French cuisine in Noumea, my husband ordered scallops and prawn casserole, I ordered Mahi Mahi We waited 40 mins. The bread basket arrived with the... More

Well regarded, this restaurant is great. I had garlic mussels, cassoulet, and taste tatin. All were delicious, well prepared, and well presented. It deserves it's good reputation.

We had a lovely authentic french dinner here last week. If staying in Ansi Vata it's well worth a visit.

This place was amazing. Yes it's expensive, but every restaurant in New Caledonia is. Although for a seafood platter and a main steak with beers, we found it reasonable in comparison to melbourne prices. We were also impressed with the amount of seafood on the platter. Definitely make a booking as it gets full very quick. A must try.
