Oldest snack corner of the city ; best solution for a fast food stop . Menu didn't offer big chances but if You like the famous rolls "tamales" herewith you can satisfy all your needs! Excellent chocolate!!

After seeing this place on a couple of lists of places to go in Bogota, I figured I had to go. The menu is limited. I got the complete chocolate. It was good, but I feel like I could get the same somewhere else for...More

The restaurant is small yet comfortable and cozy. The food was delicious and the service was great. The only take cash like many other places in the area. Highly recommended. I need to be back for the Tamales :)

Only takes cash and very small but worth it! The Tamales are huge- you can share! Also the chocolate they sell up front is very tasty! Great place for quick local lunch or dinner

If you are looking for an authentic Colombian food experience here it is! It is a very intimate dining experience where only a few people can fit in the restaurant, but worth the wait. We ordered the soup and that will keep you full for...More

The food was worth the wait. The tamales were the most flavorful I have eaten and the ajiaco was delicious. We sat crammed up in the balcony and enjoyed the ambiance of this small restaurant. If you are claustrophobic this restaurant is not for you....More

We really enjoyed the food here! My favorite was their tamales, then we also tried their soup and the hot chocolate with cheese. It was an interesting flavor but enjoy trying new things!

Anthony Bourdain claimed the empanadas were amazing, so that’s why my friends and I decided to check this place out. There was a Line out the door, we didn’t have to wait long. Food was delicious, I got the tamales. It is cash only though.

I believe the service hasn't evolved since it's opening, 200 years ago - they can't even deal with the line, they can't answer simple questions. It doesn't live up to the hype (if any).

It is really small, more a cafe than restaurant. You walk in, look at the menu on the wall, and order from the server. Not fancy.
