Good vegetarian food in the center of Abu Dhabi. All the dishes we had were tasty and well prepared. We have been there for lunch and dinner. Availability of some dishes is dependent on lunch or dinner menu. A little difficult to locate unless you are familiar with the area. Its the same level as the food court. Highly recommended... Went with my family and we don't consume onions at all. When we asked if they had anything for us, the answer was yes, "a plain dosa" with no chutney or sambhar. We were hardly going to eat a rice paper thin dosa for dinner! They were rude and didn't even appreciate our request. They weren't bothered at all.

We are regulars to one of the London branches of Saravana Bhavan so had to try it when in Abu Dhabi. Slightly tricky to find tucked away at the back of a (very strange) shoppin centre. Service was efficient - they came over to take our order immediately we sat down with no time to read the very long menu.... More

Poori masala was good, cashew pulao was fine, mango juice was superb. Ambience is good and the place can easily accommodate more than 200 people. Just in front of Lulu, this is a sure visit, if you like decent south Indian veg stuff. They do have other Indian cuisines as well
