I've probably reviewed this place before but ever time I come here I have a meal here. It is a small first come first serve restaurant that is perfect for a lunch. Great Pizzas and exceptional shiitake mushrooms in sea urchin sauce as well as the usual fare of Italian dishes. A very casual crowded joint - a must visit.

One of the few good Italian restaurants in Beirut, Tavolina never disappoints. Service is quick and the food is delicious. Haven't tried everything on the menu...yet... Will keep you posted for sure. In the meantime, order the pesto gnocchi; it's heavenly!!!

These guys are absolutely on it. We were a big group and the food exceeded expectations. It did take a bit longer than we would have liked though. The staff were knowledgable as well and helped with the wine selection.

This place is amazing at all levels... Let me start by the welcoming which is very friendly, by the Manager/Owner or the waiters. And even if the restaurant is full and it always is, you are always promised to get a table with a bit of waiting. The waiters, and during you are waiting, offer to give the menu to... More

Was invited to dinner at this establishment and the food was pretty good. Needed some salt but still good. Our waiter was really helpful and very customer service oriented.

Always such a pleasant experience at this place. This time we have tried the Shiitake mushrooms, which was a dish beyond any description: in its creamy sauce, it had sea urchin, which made it a delicious sauce combination. I recommend using the bread to clean out all the delicious sauce from this dish ! Everything else we ordered was also... More
