Concierge was a true gem, fantastic music and a friendly service. Food is served in small portions so great for sharing among friends. Cocktails and food were very innovative and flavours outstanding. The dessert with mascarpone cheese and coconut ice cream was probably one of the best dessert I have ever had.

Hostess said only the bar was available as they were “very busy” they have two bars one in the front and one in the back, which is poorly lit and the employees tend to eat and congregate back there. The front was totally empty, as a person of color of course I was brought to the back, when I asked if I could sit in the front bar I was told NO as they were full. As I ate I noticed no one ever came to the front.

A typical Tel Aviv place with indifferent Tel Aviv service
Tired waiters bad food but super cool and delicious cocktails
All in all not a bad experience
But I wouldn't come back here twice
Expensive in a way that does not justify the quality
And except for the cocktails, everything is really bad

Arrived alone to have a drink. Was seated by hostess at the bar, whom promptly gave me the menu. In front of three bar tenders. 10 minutes later still no one was even interested in even looking at me, let alone take an order. Decided to start the timer on my phone. After 10 more minutes there was no change of status. TOTALLY IGNORED. Asked the couple next to me how long it took them for someone to notice them and take an order: 2 minutes. I was there already 20 minutes…
Concierge. You are a big joke. Yes, I saw all three bartenders working hard. But probably on orders of guest having arrived after me.
Thanked the hostess for having me seated and told her we I was leaving. All of a sudden service was available. Also to me. But it was too late. 20 minutes too late.

We just walked on Disengof before the movie started. A little hunger and we walked in. Excellent service, the “ban hamburger” was surprising good. The salad as well. We felt like a little bit in Paris.

We were here with friends. Food and cocktails were really good (even if the food portions were small). However, service was virtually non-existent: no welcome, no asking if we were satisfied, last dish came only when the first person had already finished his dish, no smiling, no ‘enjoy your dinner’... when we asked for the bill, we were reminded twice that service is not included. We ended up giving 5% tip, for obvious reasons. Only at that moment we were given our first ‘thank you’ of the evening.

Visit to the Concierge with friends, all just over fifty years of age. This isn’t a place for our age group. Monotonous, deafening music blaring out to a clientele of much younger people who seemed to be used to the incredulous noise level.
In short.
I think that if you are over thirty, it’s a grave mistake to visit this bar / restaurant.
Service is the worst possible. Our waitress made it crystal clear that our presence was not desired and gave us such a filthy look when we asked to reduce the volume of the “music” slightly. Disgusting.
They serve various cocktails poured into unique glasses - plastic trash cans, skulls etc. These are essentially quite large, but 95 percent ice, 3 percent plastic toys and a slice of lemon, and possibly two percent alcohol. Apart from the fancy serving, none of the cocktails that we ordered were anything special to write home about.
We also ordered a large selection of food, all portions painfully small and ludicrously over priced. Paying virtually 70 shekels for an excuse for a Caesar salad is just taking matters too far.
All were quite tasty though, but Tapas sized.
Dessert was, well, no. Not really. Yuck.
The waitress made it clear to us that we had finished our visit to the Concierge, we paid and left.
No thank you.....not our generation and a poor excuse for a bar / restaurant.

Initially visited for happy hour drinks on the Tuesday. Cocktails were good and we spend a considerable amount of time in there. We tried to get the bill and were just told ok, we must have waited a good half an hour. To be honest we nearly walked out because it was like they didn’t want to take our payment- they were really busy too.
Because the cocktails were so good we decided to give the place another try on Wednesday.
We arrived at 1950 (happy hour finishes at 8pm) to be told by a blonde woman stood at the front of the place that the bar doesn’t open till 8pm. Clearly a lie and clearly not busy, as 3 of them were stood chatting when we arrived. There were a few people sat inside and out. Would not recommend this place because of the rudeness of this blonde waitress. It’s a shame because the cocktails are nice but you can get them elsewhere.

This is the second chance I’m giving this place. IT IS TERRIBLE Yeah, maybe when you’re orange (tanned), they’ll treat you well. But not when you’re a normal human being. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work at all. I had to use my phone flash light to see that the toilet seat was completely pissed on. Ew.
On the other hand, best cocktails I’ve ever had. WHY YOU F***IN WITH ME LIKE THAT? Service sucks, but then there’s this one waitress with good eyebrows who’s nice. But hey; she’s the only one. Everyone else sucks.
