We walked by when we were quite hungry. A quick look at the menu and we decided to sit down. We ordered a salmon fettuccini and a house burger (medium rare). Both were prepared perfectly and were delivered to the table steaming hot and fresh. Service was swift and friendly. We will definitely return.

this our favorite restaurant in Jerusalem and we live here. Everything is great. they also have a good deal of 'business lunches' and a Friday market for take out food for Shabbat. they are a kosher, meat restaurant.

Delicious, fresh food. No rush service, friendly English-speaking wait staff. Nice atmosphere and you can eat inside or out. They also have a to go market on Friday afternoons that looked terrific!

Late lunch for 3 on a Monday afternoon. Everything about this was fine. We had a business 3 course lunch and my roast beef focaccia dish was served exactly as requested (ie: without the mustard). The only downsides were the unexpectedly high price and the dessert, which was just served automatically without any choice being offered. We would definitely eat... More

Many other restaurants on Emek Refaim have moved to Mamilla or have closed. Focaccia remains and is an excellent choice with imaginative, delicious food.

The steak and roast beef focaccia sandwiches with fries make for a reasonably priced and tasty meal! Good choice for someone staying in or strolling through the German Colony. We had a similar experience when we were visiting two years ago.

..as with many restaurants this place is noisy (terrible acoustics) so you better finish the talking before dinner! With that said the food is actually very good and both the steak and the Wienersniztel are good reasons to return.

Sorry to say but nothing special at all. It has a nice vibe, seems busy with young people. Service started out good and friendly but then our server disappeared for 'family dinner' and then everything went down hill. I had seafood pasta which was quite boring and stodgy. Friend had the focaccia which is apparently a type of main course... More

Emek refaim is a lovely street for an evening out. Mostly restaurants, a few shops, but a great atmosfeer. Food was great, although the portions are a bit too much. None of us could finish our plates.
