Yummy.... not a great looking spot but the soft pita and melt-in -your-mouth grill will compensate. We love the mixed grill- schwarma and baby chicken... love it

I know this restaurant for more than 30 years. Although we are not Jerusalemites, we return again and again to this restaurant. Sima's restaurant is widely known mainly due grilled dishes and soups that are delicious, prepared to the special taste and tradition in Jerusalem.

During Chanukah, when my husband and I were in Jerusalem, we acted like vacationing tourists and ate out in a few restaurants, as you've probably noted from this blog. On the final evening we met one of our daughters for dinner in the shuk, Jerusalem's Machane Yehuda market, which is known for its genuine Israeli cuisine. We let her choose... More

I was guiding a group of executives today in Jerusalem, and we were pressed for time, yet they wanted to taste Israeli food. I called Sima, and told them that I will be there in 10 minutes, and I would like to order food for 6 people, take it and go. I gave them just rough idea and asked them... More

I picked up this restaurant because of a lot of positive reviews here in TripAdvisor. I must say when me and my girlfriend came in there were already a lot of people which was a good sign, I believe. And then everything went south. - They cook steaks as medium and refuse to make them well done on my request.... More

לצערי בכל שלושת הסעיפים המרכזיים המסעדה נכשלה - אוכל לא טעים, שירות רע ושירותים מלוכלכים. unfortunately the restaurant failed in the 3 most important thing - the food wasn't good, the service was bad and a dirty toilet. Not recommended (to say the list). לא מומלץ

we order from Sima for many buisness lunches. They can be counted on for their generous servings and the hummous is the best!

We were welcomed by a very lovely wait-staff person, unfortunately she did not wait on us. Our waitress was not only unfriendly, she was surly and rude. I asked for a glass of wine and was told they only sell it by the bottle, I was not given the option of a half bottle which they sell and my husband... More
