Liked the coffee and cakes but wasn't crazy about the service. Great place for something quick and to go.

A first rate chain of coffee houses throughout the country - not all kosher. food is freshly prepared and good quality.
Israel doesn't have Starbucks - but does have Aroma! Every Aroma we went to in Israel was consistent, friendly and tasty. Their food options were excellent (and many healthy) and coffees were delicious.
Don't compare Aroma to that other American coffee institution—this place is great—great coffee, great meals, delicious pastries, indoor-outdoor dining, quick service and more. When in Jerusalem, is someone says meet a Aroma, this is the place.

We need more Aromas in the US. They are a much needed stop on a hot day. Service is excellent. A must stop.
