We went to the place for 2 reasons. The rooftop view and the Apple Shtrudle z Walking through the corridors reviewing the plaques on the walls, one immediately learns the attitude these people have toward us - Israel and Israelis. Telling the local story and...More

So, yes, now it is a guest house and an expensive one to stay in. Having said that, Israel, overall, is an expensive country to visit and even budget hostel accommodation rooms costs upwards of 35 Euros a night. Visitors are welcome to view the...More

Be sure to pay the modest price and climb to the top of the building for an outstanding view of the Old City of Jerusalem!

Paid to go to the roof. Decent views of old city from the roof. Staff collecting money slightly rude. Disappointed no food or beverages served on the roof as that would have made a nice setting for afternoon. Remainder of the garden grounds nice for...More

My son and I visited her for lunch and enjoyed the cool and refreshing atmosphere on a sunny and very hot day. I had a great salad and enjoyed the general ambiance.

Service is of the worst I've seen in Israel. Staff is really not friendly and there are very few options on the menu. The pizza is mediocre and the salad is nasty. There are so many other places in Jerusalem, don't waste your time.

A beautiful building which is a great place for a drink in the cool bar or outside under the trees (not between 12.00 noon and 2.00pm). Beautiful kapelle, and great panoramas from the rooftop. Limited menu, bland food and harassed service. Beware coach loads putting...More

Austrian food? Sure, I'll bite... Schnitzel please lol. Had to eat here, I've never been to an Austrian restaurant before... restaurant being a bit subjective, more of a café in the guesthouse. Choice to eat inside or out, the outside area is a gorgeous green...More
