The atmosphere and the area where it's located are great! We were attended by the owner and chef. It is mostly a mom's food style restaurant, food was OK, but not splendid.

The chef is a gem. Not only was every course better than the next but the show that the chef put on while banging pots and pans was worth the visit!

Great Israeli food. One of the best, in beautiful art neighborhood. Service is good. Imaginative tastes and wonderful use of mid eastern spices. Simple mezze like the chick peas are indescribably good, and the eggplant appetizers, then the lamb dishes cooked in pastry in a...More

Three questions: 1. We do not eat lamb or other red meats (chicken or fish are OK). Does the King David or Shir Hashirim feast give choices that do not include red meat? 2. What is the cost per person? 3. Are you walking distance from Jaffe Gate and, if so, approximately kow long?

Hi, there were a lot of options, the waitress also asked us what we didn't or couldn't eat and served us accordingly ( for example we didn't eat sashimi or meat organs). It is very close to Jaffa gate, across the road.
